Back and better than ever! Sultry Cheryl Cole leads the way as Girls Aloud shine in stunning white gowns for new video

Girls Aloud are back and better than ever, judging by stills from their latest video show.
Nadine, Cheryl, Kimberley, Sarah and Nicola are gearing up to release their new single Beautiful 'Cause You Love Me and recently shot the accompanying music video.
Lounging on a sofa in angelic white dresses, the five pop stars seem to leave behind all the drama and embrace a new and more mature side.

A series of snaps all show the ladies staring sultry into the cameras and looking pensive while they sing the new tune.
Nadine sizzled as she laid back in an empty bathtub, donning a low-cut satin dress.
A shot of Kimberley shows the Dancing with the Stars favourite gazing into the camera as she cuddled up in bed wearing just a knitted dress.
Nicola adapts an emotional look as she sits on the floor in an empty room, while Sarah and Cheryl gave their pose dressed in a satin top.
As always, the girls colour coordinated their outfits and all wore nude and beige hued outfits.

Cheryl added: 'We don't hold back, we never have. We've always gone in there full-force. It doesn't feel like there's any expectation, it just feels fun!

Back to the day job: Helen Flanagan poses up a storm as she hits the beach for bikini photo shoot

She's fresh out of the jungle, but Helen Flanagan has already returned to the day job.

And doing what she does best, the 22-year-old poses and pouts up a storm in another skimpy black bikini while draping herself across the sandy beach in New South Wales.

Though she's been donning a bikini during her stay in the jungle, the former Coronation Street star wasn't yet sick of the revealing item of clothing and donned a black version for the photo shoot.
Although this time, she was made to look her usual glamorous self, with her hair tyled into a trendy high bun and the photographer's assistant on standby to make sure she got the perfect lighting.
The 22-year-old has been showing off her famous assets during her time in I'm A Celeb and it looks like she's keen to continue to do so back in England.
Not exactly the jungle: Helen has a team of professional surrounding her to make sure she looks as glamorous as possible

Starring as November in the Hottest Girls On Earth calender for the mens magazine, Helen blended it with other beauties including Kelly Brook, Rosie Huntington-Whiteley and Emily Atack.
And speaking to the magazine, the actress revealed she dislikes being called a WAG.

And since returning to the UK after her gruelling stay in the jungle, which saw her get picked on by several camp mates as well as undergoing seven Bushtucker Trials, the star has admitted she's been a little emotional.
Explaining her emotional state, Helen said: 'I'm just an emotional person, I don't see anything wrong with showing my emotions. I found it tough but I enjoyed it at the same time. I absolutely loved being in camp and I loved all my friends.'

You wouldn't wear that in the Newsroom! Olivia Munn wears daring dress with sheer neckline at Golden Globes party

She's known for her modest work attire in The Newsroom
But actress Olivia Munn clearly decided to break away from her journalist character for the Golden Globes InStyle party at Cecconi’s in West Hollywood on Thursday night.
The 32-year-old star opted for a daring, partly sheer dress for the night, leaving little to the imagination.

Obviously wanting to show off her more risqué side, Olivia posed on the red carpet in the thigh-skimming print dress, which had a sheer paneling at the back and on the front.
The stylish dress managed to show off her curvaceous figure, but still looked chic, proving Olivia's style credentials.
The Newsroom star paired the dress with patent, black court shoes but kept her jewellery minimal, wearing just a simple bangle on one wrist.

The US-born actress kept the rest of her look simple, keeping the emphasis on her plunging neckline, looking fresh-faced in natural make-up.
Creating a slight bohemian vibe, Olivia kept her dark hair wavy and tousled, rather than opting for a more formal style.
While her actor boyfriend Joel Kinnaman was nowhere to be seen, the actress still seemed in the mood to party.

The 19-year-old up-and-comer, who wore a pink leopard print dress, was crowned Miss Golden Globe 2013 at the ceremony, marking her out as one-to-watch.
Other guests at the Hollywood party included Diane Kruger and Lea Michele, who also went for a daring, low-cut dress.

I'm a Celeb Ashley Roberts claims she was banned from speaking in the Pussycat Dolls

'Only Nicole Scherzinger was allowed to talk!' Ashley Roberts claims she was banned from speaking in the Pussycat Dolls

Nicole Scherzinger was always the frontwoman of The Pussycat Dolls, garnering the lead vocals and the most press attention.
However, Ashley Roberts admitted that during her time with the girl group, all the bandmembers were essentially were banned from speaking, with only Nicole allowed to speak on their behalf.
After reaching the I'm A Celebrity... Get Me Out Of Here! final on Thursday, David Haye congratulated Ashley for making such an impression on viewers for a non-UK star.

The American singer/dancer admitted she was surprised herself because she didn't think she was known as an individual during her five years in the group.
She said in Thursday's episode: 'Even in the group I wasn’t allowed to talk, we were told to be quiet.
'Only Nicole was allowed to talk, we would occasionally pitch in.'
A shocked Charlie Brooks responded: 'Only Nicole was allowed to talk? Why did they say that then? Did that not drive you nuts?'
Ashley replied: 'Are you serious? Why do you think the band broke up? U2 are still together and they split everything down the middle.'
Don't speak! Ashley with her former Pussycat Dolls bandmates (L-R) Kimberly Wyatt, Jessica Sutta, Nicole Scherzinger and Melody Thornton

When David asked if money was divided equally between the Pussycat Dolls, Ashley answered: 'No.'
The Pussycat Dolls -  a pop version of a successful burlesque act of the same name - launched onto the music scene in 2005 with their debut single Don't Cha, which was a worldwide hit.
Originally created as a six piece, the oldest bandmember Carmit Bachar quit in March 2008 to focus on her solo career.
However, by early 2009 the group had parted ways after their last few singles were billed 'The Pussycat Dolls featuring Nicole Scherzinger'.

In a recent interview, Nicole claimed she had '95 per cent' of the vocals on the Pussycat Dolls albums.
She told VH1's Behind The Music: 'I love those girls, they're like my sisters, but people don't even know the story. They have no idea. I was in the centre because I was singing. I was the one singing.
'I never really talked about it, but I'll never forget I finished the album PCD and [producer] Ron [Fair] and I brought the girls into the studio and we played it for them, and it was the first time they'd ever heard the music.
'Do you understand what I'm saying? We played the album for the Pussycat Dolls. It was the first time they'd ever heard the songs.'

If there was any shred of doubt as to whether or not she is back with Chris Brown, Rihanna seems to have put it to bed once and for all.

She was also with him for a Berlin concert last week on Thanksgiving, but headed to London over the weekend for a performance on The X Factor.
In 2009 Chris was charged with assaulting then-girlfriend Rihanna, and the pair have been denying recent rumours they have rekindled their romance.

However they have become less and less concerned about quashing the rumours over the last week.
On Wednesday the pair splashed out on matching Rolex watches, sharing pictures of the expensive watches on Twitter.
Rihanna seemed to be celebrating the fact that her new album Unapologetic had reached number one in the US by splashing out on the new wrist-wear.

Her former boyfriend sparked more romance rumours by following in the footsteps of his friend and posting a picture of himself wearing the male version of her Rolex on his Instagram account.
He then added a photo of a number of the watches on a table, perhaps suggesting that he had given the watch to the 24-year-old superstar.
And last week Rihanna, who despite denying realtionship rumours has often spoken of her continued affection for Chris, tweeted a photo of the singer topless and lying on her bed.

Duchess of Cambridge joins in with St Andrew's Day celebrations at her prep school

Back to school for Kate! Duchess of Cambridge joins in with St Andrew's Day celebrations at the prep school she 'adored' as a girl - wearing very apt tartan coat

          • Kate attended St Andrew's in Pangbourne, Berkshire, from 1986 to 1995
          • Revealed in a speech she was nicknamed Squeak after school's guinea pig
          • Unveiled a plaque to open a new Astroturf hockey pitch

It was back to school for the Duchess of Cambridge today as she revisited her old preparatory school.
Kate, 30, 'adored' her time at St Andrew’s in Pangbourne, Berkshire, where she was a pupil from the ages of four to thirteen.
Just a short drive from her family home in Bucklebury, she was something of a star pupil at the exclusive £13,000-a-year establishment where she won awards for both sport and music.
The elegant royal, dressed in a very appropriate tartan coat-dress by Alexander McQueen, was revisiting the school, appropriately, on St Andrew’s Day, the annual celebration of the patron saint of Scotland, when the school traditionally observes a day of activities and festivities to mark the occasion.
In a speech, the Duchess of Cambridge revealed she had the nickname Squeak at school, named after the St Andrew's school guinea pig.
Back to school: The Duchess of Cambridge visited St Andrew's prep school, where she spent nine happy years as a girl, to join in their St Andrew's celebrations

Bring back memories? Kate was given a tour of the school that she attended from 1986 to 1995. The Duchess also opened a new Astroturf hockey field at the school - an appropriate tribute given her passion for the sport
The Duchess is due to meet teachers and students privately over lunch before visiting the Pre-Prep school for Under-5s.
She will then formally open a new Astroturf playing field by unveiling a plaque and meet members of the school’s current hockey team.
Kate will tour the school privately before observing some the School’s ‘Progressive Games’, which are traditional games played indoors by the School’s teachers and students on St. Andrew’s Day.
Progressive games is a tradition stretching back since St Andrew’s School first opened. On St. Andrew’s Day, the staff set up a number of short, five minute games, and small groups of mixed-aged children progress around the games earning scores as they go.  A winning team is declared at the end of the day.
The Mail has uncovered photographs of the Duchess during her time at the school, including a joyful picture of her leaping into the air with delight on the hockey pitch.
At the time Kate was aged 13 and celebrating an historic hockey victory with her school team.
Others show her playing rounders, netball and playing the flute.
According to one fellow pupil, Kate thrived in the school’s close-knit, family atmosphere.
She quickly became one of its most celebrated pupils, excelling at almost every form of sport including tennis, hockey, swimming, netball and rounders.
But she also threw herself into other aspects of school life, taking part in its public speaking competitions, pantomimes and plays. She enjoyed drama workshops during her summer holidays, learned ballet and tap and was a proficient flautist and singer.
Just a quick flick through one of the school's year books published in June 1995, her final year, demonstrates how Kate's star shone.
Happy time: Kate, seen here celebrating a victory on the hockey pitch, is said to have adored her time at St Andrew's school, where she excelled at sport and music
Happy time: Kate, seen here celebrating a victory on the hockey pitch, is said to have adored her time at St Andrew's school, where she excelled at sport and music
Page after page, her list of achievements grows longer. As well as her success with the Under 12/13 hockey team, she played goal defence for the Under 13 Netball team during one of its most successful ever seasons.
There was also the Under 12/13 rounders team for which Kate - listed under her full name Catherine Middleton - was named the highest scorer of the season.
She was also a keen swimmer and athlete. On sports day she won the Under 12/13 200m in 31.24 seconds and set records in both the long jump and high jump of 4.14metres and 1.39 metres respectively.
On prize giving day, her prowess was rewarded with the Calvert Cup for rounders and the Leslie Cup for outstanding overall sporting achievement for a girl.
Musically, Kate also proved to be extremely gifted - a talent she has so far managed to hide from public view.
She was a member of St Andrew's inaugural Chamber Orchestra and of the senior flute group - amusingly known as the Tootie-Flooties - along with her younger sister, Pippa. Friends say she was also deputy head chorister in the chapel choir and was once commended in a BBC carol competition.
Shortly before she left the school, she also passed her Associated Board Grade 111 flute examination with merit and also her Grade 1V and V singing.
One contemporary remembers Kate extremely fondly.
'She was a really lovely, warm girl who didn't have a bad bone in her body. I couldn't speak of her more highly,' they said.
'In some ways she was rather quiet and unassuming but she excelled on the sports field and was definitely one of our golden girls.
'While she may not have been one of the most outgoing pupils there, she was always cheerful, happy and surrounded by friends.
'We all used to spend lunchtimes climbing trees, playing tennis and roller-skating. It was quite an idyllic childhood really.'
The former classmate was also struck by the closeness of Kate's relationship with her parents, Michael and Carole, and siblings Pippa and James, saying: 'They were a lovely family, very tight and supportive.
'At the time they were living in quite an ordinary three-bedroomed house in the village of Bradfield Southend. Carole's business selling children's party goods had taken off enough for them to send her kids to private schools but their house was still very humble. Full of your typical family clutter.
'Carole was extremely supportive of all her children. She and Michael used to come to all Kate's sports matches to cheer her on and Carole always took part in the mother/daughter rounders match on sports day.'
Although they have not seen Kate for many years, her former classmate believes she will prove to be a 'breath of fresh air' for the Royal Family.
'It's rather surreal knowing that she will be Queen one day, but by all accounts she is as refreshingly normal as always,’ said one.
'It's still hard to imagine her becoming Queen one day, but I can tell you one thing, the royals are lucky to have her.'
