So it was only a matter of time before the Welsh model posed for what is fast becoming an obligatory nude photoshoot for pregnant celebrities.
The former Big Brother contestant, 30, shows off her huge bump, with her arms protecting her modesty.

In an interview with this week's New! magazine, Imogen admitted her fears about giving birth and her changing body during her pregnancy.
She said: 'I've been feeling a bit low and uncomfortable about putting on weight - I didn't feel sexy any more.
'I've gone from 9st to 11st. I've noticed my arms have gone a bit bigger and I saw a photo of myself the other day with a double chin, but it's water retention so once the baby's out, hopefully it'll all go.'
Imogen and her Australian boyfriend Adam Horsley, 26, announced her pregnancy in August, with the baby due on Valentine's Day.

Although the pregnancy was a surprise to the couple - who had only been dating for 10 months - Imogen and Adam decided they didn't want to rush their relationship by moving in together straightaway.
So the stockbroker finally moved in to her Chelsea home before Christmas, which Imogen admits has been quite an adjustment.
She told New!: 'It's all pretty new. Apart from the odd thing I moan about, like picking up his T-shirts off the floor, it's been great.'
She also said she's been under pressure to get engaged by her friends.
She explained: 'At the moment I'm not feeling it. I love Adam to bits and everything's great between us.
'We've only been together a year and three months. We're having a baby, so we're just going to take each day as it comes.'
Imogen is the latest in a long list of stars who have posed nude while pregnant including Britney Spears, Mariah Carey, Jessica Simpson, Danielle Lloyd and Chanelle Hayes.
Of course, the most famous was Demi, who stripped off for Vanity Fair magazine while expecting second daughter Scout in 1991.
