In the shot, Sofia appears as a young girl cradling a baby with shoulder length blonde hair and fringe across her forehead while wearing a sailor outfit and bright red lipstick.
The 40-year-old showed that she kept her fair hair through adulthood, posting a picture of herself on the beach in Colombia with an uncle.

She also shared two pictures from her modelling days on the cover of Blush magazine and another in a Spanish language advertisement for dandruff shampoo.
And on Friday, Sofia proved that blondes to have more fun with a throwback image of herself with straight long blonde hair in a lacy black bra and underwear on a Colombian beach.
Recently Sofia has shed her trademark brunette curls for a lighter shade of honey blonde since returning from her New Year's holiday in Miami with her fiancé Nick Loeb.

She will also be wearing her hair light for an upcoming Pepsi ad campaign she shot this week as well as the fifth season of Modern Family, which began filming this week.
On Tuesday the actress tweeted photographs of co-stars Ed O-Neill and Rico Rodriguez, who play her husband Jay and son Manny on the show.
'Back to work!' she wrote, adding: 'Rico is ready for his first scene of 2013!'

The star was fresh from her rather eventful New Year's Eve party in Miami where she and her fiancé Loeb became embroiled in a scuffle at a nightclub.
A photograph from the evening showed the star being helped up from the ground, while her breast slipped out of her plunging leather top.
The star is well known for squeezing her famous curves into an array of tiny ensembles.
Sofia was partying with Loeb and friends when he was allegedly thrown out of Miami Beach club Story after they had a 'heated argument.'
