And Jennifer Metcalfe proved why as she showed off her toned physique in a skimpy monochrome bikini while on a girls' holiday in Marrakech.
The 32-year-old showcased her enviable curves as she enjoyed a dance by the pool with friends and lapped up the sizzling Moroccan sun last week.

The star and her friends are believed to have been staying at Villa Jude - the holiday home of former WAG Jude Cisse, the ex-wife of retired French footballer Djibril Cissé.
On its website, the accommodation is described as 'a charming oriental style villa in the most prestigious area of Amelkis golf resort in Marrakech, a few minutes walk from the clubhouse'.

Taking to Instagram, the former Big Brother star described the villa as 'One of the best places I've ever been'.
And, as her holiday drew to a close on Sunday, she posted a photo of her and her friends snuggled under a duvet.

'It seems to be the craze these days. You've got to be a pro, if you've got a big one.'
She added: 'I don't compare myself to anyone else. I think everyone's individual and you go at your own pace. You can just appreciate other people's bodies.'
