Stay. Very. Still: Holly Valance wears a very see-through dress

"Hey Holly, I've got this dress for you to wear," Holly Valance's stylist probably didn't say. "It's really nice, but you'll have to stay in exactly the same pose all night or you'll end up flashing your nipples at everyone."
"Aww, yeeeeah," Holly almost definitely didn't reply (that was a written-down Aussie accent, by the way). "No wozzas, mate. Fair dinkum."

And that's (not) how the singer ended up on the red carpet at the Britain Creates Gala last night, looking very sexy, but not very mobile, last night.
Holly, 29, also had a very purple shade of lipstick on: but don't judge, she probably couldn't reach anything other colour from her make-up bag, because we'd imagine that sudden arm movements in that dress aren't a good idea.

She tweeted that the dress was by Jacques Azagury, and her mum was helping her get ready. Well, when we say helping ...
Holly quoted the conversation as going like this: (As I'm leaving for an event) Me: "Ma, do I look shiny??" Mum: "No. Very dull." This is a mum's job: to be rude about what you're wearing on a night out.

Also at the party were The Voice's Bo Bruce, Eliza Doolittle and Florence Welch, who must have all been thrilled to meet actual Holly Valance, singer of Kiss Kiss and Down Boy.
She's engaged to millionaire Nick Candy, and the couple's wedding is apparently happening next year, in LA, where they met in 2009. They got engaged in 2011 in the Maldives, so it's basically wall-to-wall glamour if you're Holly.
