Kate and Pippa are Centre Court queens as they take front row seats in Royal box

Kate and Pippa are Centre Court queens as they take front row seats in Royal box

  • Looking stunning Pippa takes seat alongside her big sister in the Royal Box
  • Kate wearing dress she has worn once before and jacket she has worn on two other occasions
  • Duchess of Cambridge waved to fans on arrival at championships before greeting dignitaries
  • Princess is wearing a pair of £495 gold and citrine earrings by Kiki McDonough
  • Carol and Michael Midddleton also on centre court to cheer on Murray

Andy Murray may be the star attraction on court today, but Kate is once again stealing the show.
Looking stunning the Duchess of Cambridge waved to fans as she arrived at Wimbledon with her sister Pippa minutes ahead of the final.
The siblings have a prime vantage point in the front row of the Royal Box in the midst of the rest of the nervous centre court crowd - all hoping for a historic Murray win over six-times champion Federer.

Kate made sure to dress for the occasion in her own set of WImbledon whites - all by upmarket high street store Joseph.
Cementing her newly earned status as the thriftiest royal, she wore a £275 cream crepe shift dress first seen during last summer's North American tour, on a trip to Prince Edward Island.
Her buttoned-up jacket, its boxy shape reminiscent of Chanel, was the £460 Joseph Nessie in cream tweed.
She last wore the piece for the Epsom Derby last June, when she styled it in a similar way to today's all-cream look. Then she wore it over another high street dress - a Reiss piece that went on to sell out in minutes.
Indeed, CopyKates will struggle to emulate the duchess' style today, given that the £275 sleeveless scoop-neck dress was also a 2011 piece and sold out online and in store immediately after she wore it.
At her ears, Kate donned a pair of £495 gold and citrine earrings by Kiki McDonough - the same pair she wore last week to watch William installed into the Order of the Thistle.

Kate's leopard-print clutch bag is a Diane von Furstenberg piece, another item recycled from her North American tour wardrobe of last July.
The snakeskin bag, which originally sold for £290, is currently on sale at net-a-porter for £145.
Pippa Middleton wore a bluebird print peplum dress by Project D, the label designed by Dannii Minogue and Tabitha Somerset Webb.
The £350 Phoebe dress, from the spring/summer 2012 collection, has already sold out online.

Emotional: Smiles, claps and flustered expressions as Kate takes shows the rollercoaster of watching Andy Murray in the Wimbledon final on her face
Kate has already seen Murray in action this week, showing the whole range of emotions as she watched his win against Spain's David Ferrer from the Royal Box with Prince William.
The whole Middleton family have been regulars at Wimbledon with her parents Carole and Michael Middleton in the Centre Court crowd on Tuesday.
Pippa and James also enjoyed seats in the Royal Box when they put in an appearance at SW19 the following day.

SO HOW MUCH DOES IT COST TO GET THEIR LOOK?

A Buckingham Palace spokesman also revealed the Queen had kept the weekend free of engagements following her recent trip to Scotland.
The spokesman said:  'The Queen keeps up to date with the news and reads the newspapers, so she's seen Murray's progress.'
However, Prince William has a prior commitment and is not in the crowd.
Ticket prices for the final soared with online ticket marketplace Viagogo saying the average ticket sale price jumped from £3-4,000 to an average of £5-6,000.

It was in 1938 that a Briton, Bunny Austin, last made it to the men’s final at Wimbledon. Eleven others have fallen at the semi-final stage since then, with Murray having lost in that round for the last three years on the trot.
Now the nation awaits excitedly to see if the 25-year-old Scot can be its first champion since Fred Perry 1936.
Record television audiences are watching the Briton take on the Swiss maestro.
