Bookies' favourite Louis Smith shapes up for Strictly Come Dancing final as he pumps some weights in rehearsals

He's been spending more time in dance rehearsals than the gym since he joined Strictly Come Dancing.
But with the final looming on Saturday, bookies' favourite Louis Smith has been getting in some last-minute workouts as he pumps weights during a break in dance rehearsals.
The Olympic gymnast, 23, lifted some weights as he took time out of dancing in a West London studio.

Louis and his partner Flavia Cacace have been hard at work practising three dances this week, including their salsa from Week 3 and a new showdance to Take That's Rule The World.
Then if they progress to the second part of the final, they will perform their favourite of the series - the Charleston from Week 9.
Currently, Louis is just ahead of Kimberley Walsh as the favourite to win this year's series.

Despite wowing over the judges consistently since the show began, Denise Van Outen and James Jordan are the outsiders with 16/1 with actress Dani Harmer and Vincent Simone at 12/1.
On Thursday morning, Louis tweeted: 'Last training session with @FlaviaCacace :(.'

On Wednesday, he said the judges had chosen the salsa as their favourite dance from the couple, although he and Flavia disagreed.
He wrote on Twitter: 'Judges have chosen the salsa as their fav mine and @FlaviaCacace is the charleston but we want to know what your fav dance was #teamflouia.
'Looks like lots of you are liking the Charleston:). Ok well we are looking forward to the charleston and I know we surprised you all so hopefully you will like the small changes we've made too.'
Strictly Come Dancing final is on BBC1 on Saturday 22nd December at 6.30-7.55pm and 8.50-10.05pm.
