She is currently undergoing a complete transformation after losing 1st 2lbs.
But on Saturday evening Natalie Cassidy piled on the pounds as she took to the stage during Let's Dance for Comic Relief.
Joined onstage by Claire Sweeney, Dean Gaffney and Ricky Groves, the 29-year-old became Hairspray's Tracy Turnblad as The Soap Stars sashayed to You Can't Stop The Beat.

Starting the energetic performance, Natalie jumped up out of her swivel chair and showed off her fancy footwork.
Dressed in a retro style black and white checkered minidress, Cassidy hid her newly slender frame under a fat suit.
The former EastEnders' star topped her look with a bouffant black bob and lashings of black eyeliner.

Natalie was somewhat upstage however by her former co-star Ricky Groves, 44, who dressed in drag as Edna Turnblad.
Claire, 41, showed off her curves in pink and white spotted dress as 35-year-old Dean looked sharp in a blue suit. 
Following their bold performance, the actors received a roaring reception from the audience and the panelists Mel Giedroyc, Bradley Walsh and Tameka Empson.

Tameka was full of praises saying: 'It was really brilliant I think you should start a show by yourselves. You were no different from the other dancers.'
Bradley added: 'I thought it was a great start to the show. Absolutely brilliant.'
And grounding off the positive feedback, Mel said: 'They were delicious like a tempting tray of treats.'

Former professional boxer Ricky Hatton stunned the crowd when he rounded off the competition by dancing to Robbie Williams. Let Me Entertain You.
Arriving on stage in a robe, the 34-year-old stripped down to reveal a sequin embellished black leotard complete with a large cut out section as he covered his face with black and white paint.
Hatton's routine was made up of floor movements mixed in with boxing training but in the last section of his performance he suffered a mishap.

Ricky was supposed to end on a high by flying through the air but when disaster struck the cameras were forced to cut to the judges as they strummed inflatable guitars
Despite not having the smoothest show, the panel congratulated Ricky on his efforts.
Tameka said: 'I loved it! You did entertain me, we had a great opening and this is great finishing.'
While Mel quipped: 'I am transfixed by the nappy of sequin.'

Comics Hal Cruttenden, Mark Dolan and Shaun Keaveny provided viewers with plenty laughs when they became Destiny's Dad for a routine to Bootylicious.
Stepping out as Beyoncé, Michelle and Kelly, the group donned yellow gowns as they were joined by topless dancers.
Halfway through their dance, Shaun, Hal and Mark opened up their dresses to reveal neon pink two-pieces featuring fringed detailing.
Commenting on the performance, Mel said: 'I see three pairs of good legs. It was brave, it was good and I felt slightly aroused.'

Tim Vine brought SexyBack as he danced to Rock Your Body by Justin Timberlake.
Dressed in an all white ensemble, the 45-year-old's solo routine was made up of ticking, hip thrusting and body popping.
Impressed with Tim's moves, Tameka said: 'You took my breath away. Mate you were great you were really great. You rocked my body.'

Olivia Lee became Lady Gaga in her performance to Bad Romance which saw three outfit changes.
Starting off in a white PVC gown, Olivia stripped off into Gaga's infamous meat gown which drew the attention on George the dog who battled her on stage for a sausage.
Ending the show in a bizarre red lingerie type leotard the judges' comments were interrupted when George resurfaced on stage.
Tameka failed to keep her composure as a George the dog caused havoc on the set but once order was restored, Mel showered Olivia with praises.
She said: 'You can dance, you were Gaga you were amazing the hand-o-graphy was amazing. I loved that.'

Olivia Lee, Destiny's Dad, Ricky Hatton became the first stars to be booted out of the competition.
Tim Vine was first to make it through followed by The Soap Stars who was saved by the panel.
Taking home the bragging rights for his dancing skills was Tim who ended Saturday's show with an encore performance.
