Rita Ora flashes her washboard abs in a skimpy bralet as she continues the celeb craze for 'fridging'

Don't try this at home, kids! Rita Ora flashes her washboard abs in a skimpy bralet as she continues the celeb craze for 'fridging'

It was a bizarre new craze which took social networking sites by storm after Nicki Minaj was photographed crouching in the bottom of her fridge as part of a quirky photoshoot last summer.
But it would seem Rita Ora has become the latest star to try her hand at 'fridging' after posting a series of snaps on her Twitter page of her completely immersing herself in her chiller.
Taking a break from rehearsing for her Radioactive tour in York on Tuesday, the 22-year-old singer evidently decided a spot of joking around was in order as she challenged herself to squeeze into the freezing compartment.

And it wasn't as if the Kosovan-born starlet was dressed appropriately for her chilly outing, with Rita showing off her enviable washboard abs in a skimpy white bralet as she hopped into the cooling device.
Posting a snap of her attempting to climb in to the fridge on her Twitter page, she said: 'Gettin ready for stage but wait!!! Who said I can't get in fridge??
'Ill show u if I got in after. Right now it's showtime! Yeeeaaaaa!'

And after taking to the stage in York, the Shine Ya Light hitmaker completed her mission and posted another picture as proof of her skills.
Perhaps making her super-flat stomach even more envy-inducing was the fact that she told her followers she had been scoffing on Oreo-flavoured ice cream.
She tweeted: 'Who told u I didn't fit I was hungry! Yum orio icecream! #radioactivetour.'
Before adding: 'Alright enough is enough were all grown!'

The 'fridging' craze first began when Nicki Minaj took to Twitter to encourage people to copy her quirky shoot and post photographic evidence online.
And the unusual trend became so popular that one group of pals even launched their own Facebook group, The Art Of Fridging, and posted photos of them inside their fridge.
In the '70s, children were warned about the potential perils associated with climbing into disused devices in 1971 public information film, Children and Disused Fridges.
Although the problem of youngsters being suffocated in fridges has largely been eliminated thanks to the introduction of magnetic seals instead of locks, there is still a small danger that people can become locked in the classic-style compartments at waste grounds and tips.

As one of the nation's most ubiquitous pop stars at present, Rita shot to fame in just an 18-month period - and recently opened up on how Roc Nation boss Jay-Z changed her life.
She told Rio Ferdinand’s #5 magazine: 'I’d sent my demos to RocNation when I was 17, then a few days later they called me up and said they wanted to meet.
'I panicked, thinking I wouldn’t be able to afford to go, I started selling trainers, then I realised they were going to pay for me.
'I thought it was going to be another disappointment, but after 10 minutes we shook hands and then spent the next 2 hours having a DJ battle.'
