    Jessie J was seen getting used to her newly shaved head on Friday night's Comic Relief show. 
The Price Tag singer said that having no hair was 'the weirdest feeling' and proudly rocked the look live on stage on the BBC live show. 
After having her hair cut Jessie emerged on stage to speak to hosts Dermot O'Leary and Claudia Winkleman about how she was feeling.

As Dermot stroked her head she said: 'That feels nice.'
She added: 'It feels liberating.'
While Dermot and Claudia wanted to know how Jessie was feeling she was eager to encourage viewers to donate to Comic Relief.

She revealed her family were backstage crying and appealed to the audience to raise money. 
Earlier in the evening Jessie spoke about why she decided to chop off all her hair. 
She said: 'This programme started when I was born.'

She added that she wanted to: 'Shock people. I wanted to do something that wasn't going to last five minutes and it's fun. 
Claudia told her: 'You're a great girl.'
After appearing on the show Jessie didn't waste time thanking fans and tweeted: 'I am soooo thankful to everyone who has donated @rednoseday and supported me tonight! My heart is filled with happiness! Lets make a change! X'
During the programme a segment aired showing Jessie visiting some of the charities that Comic Relief helps.

After speaking to a victim at a sex trafficking and abuse charity, the real reason as to why she was shaving her head became clear. 
Holding back tears Jessie said: 'I can’t even begin to comprehend how a child should feel like that. I think of the family members that I have that are a similar age and the thought of them thinking that they don’t belong.'
She added: 'I’ve never been abused I’ve nothing to be afraid of. Shaving my head is the smallest thing I could do to give back.'

Jessie was just one of the stars taking part in the BBC show, a whole host of famous faces joined together to raise money for good causes both in the UK and in Africa. 
The show began with a wedding - viewers saw Simon Cowell marrying himself. 
The Music Mogul's wedding was nearly calling off after David Walliams, Olly Murs, Louis Walsh, Demot O'Leary and Sharon Osbourne gatecrashed the church to declare their love for the music mogul.

Viewers were treated to a performance by One Direction whose sang their charity song One Way Or Another (Teenage Kicks). 
Harry Styles kicked off their performance wearing a Red Nose, while behind him Louis Tomlinson proudly showed off his new red hair.

Following their performance, amid the screaming audience, Harry made a plea to everyone to donate.
He said: ‘If you are fan of us or not, please just donate anything you can.’
Miranda Hart took part in a special sketch with her Call The Midwife co-stars bringing the post-war women into the modern world, marking the end of her hugely successful week of fundraising.

During the show Michael McIntyre began interviewing the audience and comes to a familiar face - Smithy from Billericay.
The character is of course from Gavin & Stacey, played by James Corden.
When asked how he had contributed to Comic Relief, Smithy revealed he had raised £64 making flapjacks for the Great Essex Bake Off.

But when McIntyre seemed underwhelmed by his fundraising efforts, Smithy fired back: ‘How much have you given? You charged me £35 to see you at the O2…’
This then led Smithy to begin a rant in which he started to address common accusations that usually fired at fundraising events.
Amongst one of his many targets, he mocked the recent trip which Mel C took down the Zambezi river, alongside other celebrities.

He said:'It's basically a week with a Spice Girl in Centre Parks.'
It soon became clear that his controversial remarks were used to make the point that the most important part of Comic Relief was the audience and public.
‘It’s not about celebrities or TV shows it’s about you,’ he said.

Miranda Hart then arrives back on the stage with Dawn French and Jennifer Saunders, who were still dressed in their bridesmaid dresses from their early challenge, which saw them help a couple get married.
With the the Bride and Groom in the audience, Davina reveals that Miranda made over £1million.
To celebrate Miranda and Dawn started kissing, then Miranda turned to Davina and started kissing her passionately, which led to Davina falling on the floor.

Following the slightly romantic interlude, Peter Kay’s latest video for his song Sit Down, which saw him riding a red sofa around while dressed in a red tracksuit.
Next up it was time to thank the team behind Maltesers, who were taken to see a private performance from Nicole Scherzinger, to thank them for their word work.
The X Factor judge told them after singing Boomerang: ‘Because of you, you make things like Comic Relief even possible.'

After the video Davina suggested the Queen was about to speak from the Windsor Caslte but it was in fact Mrs Brown at a pub of the same name.
Speaking live to her, she jokes about not knowing who Davina was and when told by her daughter that she was on Big Brother, Mrs Brown says: ‘Well done on winning Big Brother.’
This was followed by a Victor of Dibley skit, in which Dawn French and the members of her congregation head to London to vote on women bishops.

As they arrive in London, the group are met by Damian Lewis who makes a very handsome vicar, much to Dawn’s delight.
The pair then begin flirting with each other and after banter back and forth, she calls him a ‘horny little minx.’
An hilarious sequence of events then unfold resulting things not quite going the way Reverend Granger had hoped.

Following an emotional appeal Snow Patrol took to the stage. 
The team then passed over to Jack Whitehall and Jonathan Ross on BBC2.
Jonathan begins saying he was brought on board to keep Jack under control, which the young comedian finds rather amusing and reminds him of Russell Brand.

Ron Burgundy, who of course is Anchor Man makes an appeal, asking people to donate $10.
However he can’t find it in his polar bear jacket as it doesn’t have pockets. 
The character then finds it very funny when he discovers the charity is called Comic Relief and makes a joke that the whole thing is fake. 
He jokes: ‘Richard Curtis has gone a long way to steal money from your country.’

It’s then time to return to Jack Whitehall having at Master Chef and it’s revealed he rather amusingly decided to serve his food in a yogurt pot to appeal to Greg who loves desserts.
And it seems it paid off because he ended up winning. 
The Royal Family then took their turn making an appeal, with each member talking it in turn to say a bit, while grinning at the camera.

Making sure all the fundraisers are shown appreciation, Peter Andre is sent to say thank you to Rymans stationary store for their help with the Red Nose day pen, which has raised a total of £460, 699.
David Walliams took part in another sketch and viewers saw the comedian with his trousers down in A GP's office with Embarrassing Bodies' star Doctor Christian. 
The funnyman is told that he has a sexual infection and has to tell everybody who he has been intimate with - this includes Kate Moss, Gwyneth Paltrow, David Schwimmer, David Gandy, Ronnie Corbett and Hugh Grant.
