Katherine Jenkins demands charity donation from airline after they lose her London Marathon training kit

Katherine Jenkins has blasted a German airline after they lost her luggage for over a day.
The classical singer is currently on her European tour and was dismayed to be separated from her belongings on Sunday.
While waiting for Lufthansa to retrieve her luggage - which contained her tour costumes and gym kit - the Welsh star suggested they make a donation to her London Marathon fund.

Being separated from her gym gear after arriving back in London from Berlin, meant the 32-year-old could not do her intended 18 mile run on Sunday night.
With just five weeks to go before the 26 mile run, it's vital that Katherine keeps up her long-distance training.
She tweeted on Sunday: 'Thank you @Lufthansa_DE for sabotaging my intended 18mile marathon training run 2day by losing my luggage..Hope u'll be sponsoring me now!'
When she awoke on Monday ahead of her gig in Cologne that evening and her luggage still hadn't been found, she angrily tweeted Lufthansa again.

Lufthana replied to the singer, writing: 'Sorry to hear that your luggage is still missing! Please send me the Lost Report reference number via DM so we can help! /Nes.'
However, it finally turned up just in time for Monday night's gig at the Lanxness Arena, meaning she had her purple gown to wear on stage.
She tweeted: 'Thanku btw for your concerns re my luggage... The case finally arrived, just in time for the show so all's good again.'

The singer will be running on April 21 with the aim of raising £5,000 for Macmillan Cancer Support, who cared for her late father Selwyn when he was battling cancer.
Writing on her JustGiving fundraising page, she said: 'My cousin Hannah & I have decided to run the London Marathon in April in aid of Macmillan Cancer Support!
'Back in 1995, my father Selwyn was diagnosed with lung cancer and the Macmillan nurses came to our home to help before he passed away in 1996. We saw firsthand the impact that cancer has on a family, and the valuable support Macmillan provides.'
Katherine has always been a keen runner and admits she finds it an easy way to keep fit when she's on the road because she can do it anywhere.
