But the 27-year-old WAG has taken her posing to new limits in a spread for HUNGER magazine, in which she appears entirely naked.
The mother-of-one smoulders in the pictures, wearing nothing apart from the season's hottest heels as she is shot by Rankin.

In the sexiest frame of the 10-page black and white fashion editorial, Abbey is seen raising her arms above her head to draw attention to her toned washboard stomach and enviably long legs.
In another, Abbey crouches down with her head on her knees as she grips onto her heels.
A third frame shows Abbey's natural beauty, with the model looking sunkissed with tousled hair as she pouts for the camera.

The pictures of Abbey appear in HUNGER's Girls, Girls, Girls issue, which also features Gemma Arterton, Rita Ora and Crystal Renn.
And Abbey is clearly thrilled with the finished shots from the campaign, tweeting earlier this week: 'LOVE my pictures @rankinphoto @HungerMagazine.'
While Abbey recently caused concern with her incredibly slender frame, the stunning blonde's gamine figure works well in the stripped back magazine shots,
And despite being a tiny size 6, Abbey has always insisted she's happy with the way she looks, and doesn't restrict her food intake to maintain her slim appearance.
She said previously: 'Everyone is going on about my weight and I hate it. I'm happy with the way I look.
'I don't have the exercise machines at home and all those weird things I keep reading about. I'm not on some weird diet.'
