Nose-tice anything different? Helen Flanagan steps out after it's revealed she went under the knife following years of bullying

Helen Flanagan has stepped out after it was revealed she went under the knife following years of cruel jibes from bullies about her nose.
The 22-year-old actress showed off her altered appearance as she went out in Alderley Edge, Cheshire, on Monday afternoon, after flying to a foreign clinic to get her irregularly sized nose surgically fixed.
Helen's attempts to keep her head down as she stepped out appeared to be in vain as she was followed by a cameraman as part of what is believed to be a fly-on-the-wall documentary about her life.

The former Coronation Street star wore a stylish red jumper and tight acid-wash jeans with brown heeled boots and a white Chanel handbag for the outing.
Helen finished off her look with her favourite hairstyle - her blonde locks piled on top of her head in a top knot.
It was revealed over the weekend that Helen had undergone the surgery in secret because she was so insecure about the way she looked.

A close friend of the FHM Sexiest Female winner has revealed that Helen was still haunted by childhood jibes about her nose.
'She was still racked with self doubt,' the source revealed, adding: 'She was bullied throughout her school days about the size of her nose and it really affected her badly.'
Explaining that Helen had feared going under the knife, the friend added to The Sun On Sunday: 'She finally plucked up the courage and flew out to a foreign clinic at the start of last month. She was absolutely terrified before the op and there were points when she thought about pulling out.'

Glamorous as ever: Helen wore her hair tied on top of her head in a large top knot and ensured her make-up was flawless for the outing
It transpired that the timing came at a bad point, as Helen's footballer boyfriend Scott Sinclair required medical treatment when she was away.
However the star worried about exposing her procedure if she returned to care for the 24-year-old Man City star - and public opinion turned when she didn't show up to give him her support.
'She couldn't speak out and defend herself, because she didn't want everyone knowing she had gone under the knife and had cosmetic surgery.'
