Tess Daly sparkles in beaded minidress with husband Vernon Kay at F1 charity party

Va Va Voom! Tess Daly sparkles in beaded minidress with husband Vernon Kay at F1 charity party

Since the end of Strictly Come Dancing, it's been rare to see Tess Daly in a sparkly gown.
But she didn't let us down at the F1 party in aid of Great Ormond Street Hospital Wednesday night, as she arrived in a beaded white minidress.
On the arm of her 39-year old hubby Vernon Kay, Tess, 44, would certainly be brightening up proceedings at the charity fundraiser.

Tess wore a pair of gold-tipped court shoes with the intricate dress, and accessorised with a selection of silver bracelets and rings, but kept the rest of her beauty look simple by opting for a sleek straight hairstyle and a vintage eyeliner flick.
As she walked into the venue, Tess looked as though she was showing off her slender back, but in fact it was merely the nude fabric that gave the impression, not unlike those 'revealing' dresses the dancers wore on Strictly.
She takes over hosting responsibilities from Tamara Ecclestone, who is currently sailing around the Mediterranean with her new husband Jay Rutland on their honeymoon.

Joining Tess and Vernon at Old Billingsgate, were an array of stars from the fashion, racing and musical world.
Julien MacDonald arrived with two fellow fashion designers Alison Henry and Melissa Odabash who like Tess, opted for neutral colours for their red carpet wardrobe.
Julien on the other hand, wore a glossy black suit with a black shirt unbuttoned so low he could have given Simon Cowell a run for his money.

Operatic group Amore brought a classical touch to the evening, with the girls choosing to wear vintage-inspire dresses from the fifties era.
While James Morrison and Duncan Goodhew certainly looked ready to rev their engines at the charity event with both the singer-songwriter and the former British Olympic swimmer waving their hands on the red carpet.
Caterham drivers Charles Pic and Giedo van der Garde were more reserved as they arrived to the event - which also functioned as the opening of the British Grand Prix - swapping their racing overalls for smart suits.
Australian driver Daniel Ricciardo looked similarly dapper in a black suit and open collared white shirt.
Altogether, the guests were lending their support to raise vital funds for Great Ormond Street hospital's new Surgery Centre.
