While Chloe Mortetz is only 16, she is certainly not lacking in confidence.

Despite her self-assurance in business, she is a tad timid when it comes matters of the heart.

In the August issue of InStyle UK the starlet opened up about her thoughts on work and love.
For the cover shoot she modelled designs from fashion favourites Simone Rocha and Jeremy Scott, featuring vintage outfits with lashings of shag faux fur.
The setting for her shoot was themed after California motel kitsch from the 1950s and '60s.
Close relative: The actress' bog grass coat was reminiscent of animated monster Sulley's bluish green pelt

Regarding her aplomb in Hollywood negotiations, the young actress explained: ‘What have I got to be intimidated about?
‘I talk to Donna [Langley, co-chair of Universal Pictures] or someone like that, and they’re like, “We’d love to do stuff with you. I’ll tell you our slate, tell us what you’re interested in.”’
But it’s clearly a different story when it comes to romance.

Chloe revealed that one of her closest confidantes is her Carrie co-star Julianne Moore, whom she has come to seek advice from since the two met on set of their upcoming horror movie.
The starlet expressed her fears when it comes to falling in love: ‘You can’t just like someone.
‘They might be using you. I talk to Julianne about it and she says, “Look, just be careful. Trust your judgement but don’t get in too deep sometimes.”’

Adding: ‘Because, you know, when you’re young, you fall in love and don’t know it’s happening.’
Meanwhile, Chloe's upcoming movie, Carrie, is a re-imagining of Stephen King's first novel of the same title and follows the 1976 original, directed by Scarface's Brian De Palma.
The remake is directed by Kimberly Peirce, who was behind the controversial but awarding winning films Boys Don't Cry and Stop-Loss.

Both follow the same story imagined by King in which Carrie is a shy girl ostracized by her peers and overly sheltered by her deeply religious mother.
However, she goes from shy to deadly when she unleashes telekinetic terror after her prom pushes her over the edge.
The new film will be released on November 29th.
