EXCLUSIVE: Cheryl Cole dares to bare as she goes foundation free for her first ever skincare campaign for L’Oréal Paris - Daily Mail

We're used to seeing her looking perfectly coiffed, with a full face of carefully applied make-up.
But Cheryl Cole has gone bare-faced for her latest campaign as she promotes L’Oréal Paris Skin Perfection Skincare as spokesmodel for the brand.
Ditching her usual foundation, the singer looks completely stripped back in a behind-the-scenes video from the recent photo shoot.

'I thought I would be nervous or apprehensive to not be able to wear foundation on a shoot, but it’s actually been quite liberating to have the freckles out in full force,' Cheryl says in the clip.
'Skin Perfection works to perfect your skin – it tightens pores, gives luminosity & improves skin texture. It has all the skincare benefits you want before you put on your makeup,' she adds.
The former Girls Aloud star certainly keeps things simple and pared-back in the shoot, switching between a plain white shift dress and a black one.

Proving just what a natural she is behind the camera, the 30-year-old works well with the team as she tries out as number of different poses.
She can be seen chatting to the photographer about the best way to get the perfect shot, before checking the finished pictures on a laptop.
Speaking in the short clip, Cheryl admits that she's never really cared about skincare before and has never been worried about wrinkles.

'Skincare had never really felt like something that I've wanted to do before. Especially wrinkle creams and that kind of thing - they never really felt right for me,' she says.
'I wasn't really at time in my life when I was really feeling that way. But this is a great product for me as it's more about preparing your skin before you reach that stage.'
The star seemed like the prefect choice to be the face of the new the Skin Perfection Range, which is aimed at the under-35s and is made up of five products to help transform visible skin quality, with formulas enriched with Perline-P and patented LR 2412.
L’Oréal Paris Skin Perfection Skincare is available nationwide from Monday 5th August at www.boots.com
