Jennifer Hudson turns sexy diva for stunning new shoot for V magazine

Jennifer Hudson turns sexy diva for stunning new shoot as she reveals she used to be styled by drag queens in her days as struggling singer

Jennifer Hudson is more than comfortable when it comes to showing off her other amazing asset - her curvy figure.
The 32-year-old star revealed that sexy edge in a series of glamourous ensembles in the March issue of V Magazine.
Jennifer pouts beautifully in one shot while wearing a low-cut black bustier and a black pleathery coat that she is in the process of shrugging off.

Another photo shows the mother-of-one assuming a sultry pose and wearing a sheer, flowing black dress, black high heels and fishnet gloves.
Jennifer's other dazzling outfits include a clingy black dress with brown leather suspenders, and black trousers paired with black mesh top over lacy black bustier with black leather jacket.
The entertainer certainly got the treatment from hair and make-up people, judging by those spritzed locks and flawless complexion.

In the interview accompanying the photo layout, Jennifer said that she got her star training early on in her career and from the very best - the drag queens who performed in the gay clubs she frequented as a teenager.
'I used to go to gay clubs when I was a kid. We were 16 or 17 and my best friend would pretend to be my manager,' Jennifer admitted.
'He’d have business cards made up and he’d negotiate for me to sing for $25 a song. I’d have these amazing drag queens style me up and down, honey.

'They would be up there lip-synching and then I’d get up and sing for real – some Whitney Houston or some old-school Shirley Murdock – and I would make all the money. That was like my training, basically.'
She continued: 'People think I sit in church all day or stay at home and stare at my Oscar. It’s like I’m a nun or the president or something. I realized that people don’t really know who I am. It just feels like it’s time to take the training wheels off, you know? Let them see me.
'Earlier in my career I was just a soloist singing other people’s songs. Now I really want to be an artist. I want to lift the people up, have fun, create a moment. I have my own visions that I want to bring to life.'

She's an Oscar winner, but even she admitted that people feel like they're her best friend as soon as they meet.
'It’s funny, but I get that a lot,' Jennifer said. 'I feel like people don’t get to see the real me, but then they’ll say, "I feel like we’re best friends!"
'It’s so weird to me. It’s like once you know me you’ve been Jenniferized. I want to Jenniferize everyone!'
As much as she seems to love acting, Jennifer's passion is her singing, telling the magazine: 'This is what I love. I just can’t help myself.'
