BBC bosses 'set to offer The Voice host Emma Willis a hefty pay rise to present next season... as they worry she could be nabbed by ITV'

She is one of the main reasons that The Voice enjoyed something of a ratings boost compared to previous years.
So it comes as little surprise that BBC bosses are keen to entice the show's presenter Emma Willis back to host another season of the programme later this year.
According to reports, bosses at the network are planning to offer the mother-of-two a 'hefty' pay rise in a bid to keep her - amid claims that ITV are also keen to snap her up.

A source told the Sunday Mirror's Simon Boyle: 'The production team know they have a winning formula right now. Emma has been key to the success of this series.
'They don't want to lose her to ITV so they will make her an offer she can't refuse.'
Bosses are also said to be keen that JLS singer Marvin Humes should return as Emma's co-host for the next season.

The reports come as the judging panel line-up for the next series of the programme remains in doubt.
Despite the addition of Kylie Minogue to the panel also contributing to the show's success, she admitted in a recent interview that she isn't sure whether she will rejoin The Voice for a second series - due to her live show commitments.
She said in an interview on Graham Norton: 'I don't know as of yet because I'm going on tour later in the year. But all I can say is that I enjoyed the experience and it's not over yet.

'As a life experience it's really been something. It challenged me and I know so much more about that type of thing than I did six months ago.'
Kylie joined the series this year along with Kaiser Chiefs frontman Ricky Wilson, appearing alongside Sir Tom Jones and will.i.am who have been coaches since the show began in 2012. The BBC is committed to a further two series of The Voice.
Jermain Jackman was crowned the winner of the talent contest on Saturday night, after beating Jamie Johnson, Sally Barker and Christina Marie to the top spot.
