OK, so who watched the sexy Latin ladies of Devious Maids last night? New maids, new men, and Eva Longoria in the director's chair?? But most importantly, we couldn't get over Dania Ramirez, Rosie Falta, and her fit-as-hell figure.
The actress , who just had twins in December (can you believe it??), zeroes in on core work and cardio while working out with trainer Bobby Fournier of Snap Fitness in Atlanta.
"I do full body workouts that push me to be the inner athlete that I am," says Ramirez, who buckles down frequently for moderate to high intensity workout sessions.
One booty-kicking, hamstring-strengthening move she swears by is the single leg bridge. We love this toner -- and the fact that she does a slightly different version with her feet pointing skyward. Building a better booty: always at the top of our fit list!
THE MOVE: Single Leg Bridge

Lay on your back with your hands by your sides, your knees bent and feet flat on the floor. Make sure your feet are under your knees. Tighten your abs and glutes. Raise your hips up to create a straight line from your knees to shoulders, with feet elevated (as Ramirez demos) or on ground level. Squeeze your core and try to pull your belly button back toward your spine. Slowly raise and extend one leg with your heel toward the ceiling while keeping your midsection level. Hold for a few seconds, working up to 20 to 30 seconds.
