She's a singer in pop band The Saturdays and Rochelle Humes says a little more organisation is required now that three out of the five members of the group are mums.
In an interview with MailOnline for Very, the 25-year-old, who is mother to one-year-old Alaia, revealed that the girls are fairly successful when it comes to balancing motherhood and music.
She said: 'We're pros when it comes to having babies. We have our fourth on the way now that Una [Foden] is pregnant again and we give each other advice.

'It's not easy balancing it all': Rochelle Humes reveals it takes a bit of work to have it all now she's a mum - as she poses for Very's fashion shoot
'It's not easy balancing it all but any working mother will tell you that. There's always a new hurdle to overcome, such as potty training but you have to be organised. You can't mess about.
'I can bring Alaia to work with me a lot of the time and it's nice to be able to have it all - but my daughter will always be my priority and I would choose her over anything to do with work.'
Rochelle channelled Hollywood glamour and posed in a giant martini glass while wearing a purple bodycon dress, ahead of Very's first Christmas Crib party.
The singer will host the first socially crowd sourced festive event where everything from the interior styling, down to the clothes guests wear, will have been selected by shoppers.
Looking forward to the seasonal break, she said: 'Christmas will be a bit of time to catch up with friends and family as the industry kind of shuts down around that time.
'I won't be going too wild though. I'm more of a house bore these days so it's more likely to be drinks at ours.'
And no doubt the pretty lady is looking forward to seeing her little girl interacting with her dad, former JLS singer Marvin - as she enjoys more time at home.
So sweet: Rochelle says that her one-year-old daughter is a real daddy's girl and adores Marvin (pictured)
'I just love seeing them together,' Rochelle said. 'She adores him and she's a real daddy's girl. If she's hurt or tired, she wants me, anything other than that, she wants her dad.'
Talking about her handsome man, Rochelle, who has collaborated with Very, says she has no plans to launch a fashion collection with him in mind.
'I wouldn't do a men's collection,' she giggled. 'I think I will leave that to someone else.He loves my collection though - he likes to see me in a dress. He'll always comment and say I look nice.'
Celebrity mum and The Saturdays' Rochelle Humes will be hosting Very's Christmas Crib, a socially crowdsourced Christmas party on December 4th 2014.
