Emily Blunt is stage-bombed by ecstatic husband John Krasinski as she accepts Critics' Choice Award... but she's the ONLY Brit to bag a prize

She won the award for Best Actress in Action Movie for her role in Edge of Tomorrow.
And on Thurday night's Critics' Choice Movie Awards, Emily Blunt was unexpectedly interrupted by her husband John Krasinski as she headed onto stage to pick up her gong.
The Hollywood star - who plays Sergeant Rita Vrataski in the blockbuster movie - started to deliver her acceptance speech but was stopped by John, who enthusiastically ran up behind her to congratulate her.

Her husband cut a sharp figure in a smart two-piece suit, which he teamed with a crisp white shirt and a black tie.
Meanwhile, Emily was the only British winner to bag prize during the night.

Other nominees included Rosamund Pike and Felicity Jones for their roles in Gone Girl and The Theory of Everything, respectively.
The starlets were competing in the Best Actress category, but they lost out to Julianne Moore for her stand out role in Still Alice.
Keira Knightley was also up for was up Best Supporting Actress, playing Joan Clarke in The Imitation Game.

Benedict Cumberbatch, Eddie Redmayne and Ralph Fiennes battled it out in the Best Actor category, but the coveted prize was clinched by Birdman star Michael Keaton.
Birdman got off to a flying start at the star-studded bash but it was Boyhood that took home the top prize.
Michael Keaton lead the cast to the podium to accept the first award of the night for Best Acting Ensemble, and the film eventually took home an impressive seven awards in total.
Ellar Coltrane, 20, rightfully won the award for Best Young Actor, for his lead role in Boyhood, that he spent 12 years of his life filming sporadically.
Bradley Cooper - who was in New York on the night, performing on Broadway in The Elephant Man - took home Best Actor In An Action Movie for American Sniper.
