Lauren Platt flaunts her trim tum in crop top and high-waisted ripped jeans... as she reveals hopes to land a record deal this year

She certainly impressed with her vocals when she took part in The X Factor.
And Lauren Platt is also known for her fun and funky style, as evidenced when she stepped out for a TV appearance in London on Tuesday morning.
The 17-year-old braved the chilly weather in the capital as she arrived ahead of her appearance on ITV's Lorraine, showing off her slim frame in a deep red crop top.

Clearly not bothered by the weather, the singer teamed her ab-flashing top with a pair of high-waisted black and very ripped skinny jeans, which were cut mid-way down her calf.
Adding some more edge to her youthful attire, she donned a pair of chunky black lace-up boots, and covered up with a khaki and black leather jacket with a huge faux fur-lined collar.
Fond of an accessory or three, the bubbly teen finished her look with a wide-brimmed fedora, a geometric-style handbag and a simple gold chain around her neck.

The pretty singer opted to match her lipstick to her top, wearing a slick of deep red, as her brown and ombre locks were teased into swathes of glossy curls.
Lauren, who came fourth on The X Factor in December, was joined by her former fellow contestant Jay James as they appeared on the breakfast TV programme.
The 32-year-old went for a rather dapper look for their stint on the show, wearing his trademark polo neck black jumper under a slick blazer and, when outside, a classic trench coat.

Speaking to the show's host Lorraine, they discussed the upcoming X Factor Live Tour, which will see them perform in venues across the country for six weeks from February 13.
And both of them are hoping for their careers to take off once the tour ends.
'I think after the tour – at the moment my main priority is the tour, you don’t know who’s watching, there could be so many important eyes on you – so that’s my main priority,' Lauren explained.
'Then after that, my main priority will hopefully be getting a record deal.'
Jay echoed her sentiment, revealing that he's already been in the recording studio since being voted out of the TV talent show, coming in at eighth place.
Busy year: Lauren will join other X Factor acts on the live tour, which commences in mid-February and lasts for six weeks, after which she's hoping to get a record contract

'After the show I went straight back into the studio,' he divulged when speaking about what he's been doing since X Factor ended for him.
'I write a lot and produce and create, and that’s what I’m doing, and then the tour. And then hopefully I can pave a way to create some more.
Lauren added that there will be not just one but two tour buses this year, largely down to the fact one of the acts - Stereo Kicks - has eight members.
'Apparently we have tour tour buses this year, because of Stereo Kicks! And then I think we just stay in hotels for a couple of nights and then move on to the next place,' she explained.
They'll be joined on the tour by fellow acts Andrea Faustini, Fleur East, Only The Young, Stereo Kicks, Stevi Ritchie and the show's champion, Ben Haenow.
Lauren seriously impressed during her time on the show as one of judge Cheryl Fernandez-Versini's acts, but sadly missed out on a place in the final three.
