The blonde beauty wore a dramatic, sleeveless dress for the annual ceremony which took place at the Savoy Hotel.
Smiling for the cameras, the 32 year-old - who originates from Poland - was clearly back on form following the fall which damaged her knee as part of Channel 4's The Jump, last year.
In fact, chatting to Hello! at the awards show, she said that she may even start a family with husband James Jordan.

'I'm feeling positive, I'm much better now,' she said. 'I can walk without crutches but I still need to take it easy [but we have discussed having children]. There's never a good time,' said Ola.
'We'll just have to wait and see what happens.'
The positive approach to life comes just days after she told Lorraine Kelly that she is on the mend – and she will indeed be able to dance again.
‘Obviously the first thing in my head was “am I going to dance again” and yes I will,’ she explained. ‘It’s just going to take time unfortunately. I am having physio every day and getting back slowly.
'The knee has to tell me if he is ready to dance basically, hopefully soon.’

The event saw Dame Esther Rantzen, who also has three grown-up children in their 30s, named the Celebrity Mum of the Year.
'It's a big thrill to be given the award of celebrity mum of the year - it gives me a great deal to live up to,' she said.
'Actually this award is for my children because I think having a well-known mum can be pretty difficult. My son, on parents' day, used to make me walk about 100 yards behind him, hopefully thinking no-one would connect us.
'Kids of celebrity mums have additional challenges, so I am taking this award on behalf of my children.'
