EXCLUSIVE: Want to boost your libido? Tonia Buxton's got JUST the thing (and it's tasty)

WITH an eternally positive - and hilarious - view on life as a working mother, Tonia Buxton's refreshing attitude to the nation's health and eating properly might be able to save lives - sex lives.

The 47-year-old writer, TV presenter and chef spoke exclusively to Express.co.uk about her latest cookbook: Eat Greek For A Week.
Tonia, of Greek and Greek Cypriot heritage, explained her recipes can help those lacking in lust to boost their libido - never a statement to take lying down.
Laughing, she said: "Do you know what it is, we live in Britain horribly stressful lives. I am a working mother of four and I'm constantly running around.
"Unless you've got the building blocks and the energy in your system, the last thing you want to do when you go to bed at night is have a sh*g."
She added: "What you need is the right nutrients to support your system. If you're eating quick fixes like chocolate and processed foods, you're getting a really bad start.
"Supporting your libido is something that can easily be done by eating clean and eating well. It does support you because you've got more energy at the end of the evening.

"You're more likely to get yourself into the mood if you're feeling well."
Tonia's refreshing attitude to life washes over and blankets food fans with comforting, wholesome food made with fresh produce your granny would be proud of.
She said: "If I can do anything with this book it would be getting people to just cook from scratch.
"None of these recipes are difficult because, you know what, I can't cook difficult food. I just also can't be bothered. Who's got the time for that s**t?"
Nicely put, and honest as always. The former TV presenter has turned her hand to writing cook books using her qualifications as a trained nutritionist.
"It's funny. I'm not a chef, I didn't go to chef school. I couldn't bear the thought of someone shouting at me like that - it goes against my temperament as a human."
She added: "The way I got into cooking and food was I literally did an apprenticeship in my mum's kitchen and my grandmother's kitchen, I learnt to cook that way.

"Then I got really into nutrition and qualified as a nutritionist. And then I did a whole load of TV."
The fresh-food champion said: "I love the fact I got to go into some remote village in Greece and speak to a 90-year-old woman who I would cook with, and who would tell me I was an idiot and didn't know how to chop an onion properly.
"It's things like that that are great."
As a mother-of-four and talented cook, Tonia admits she's often surrounded by friends, family and her children's mates who need feeding. "I'm fed up of feeding the neighbourhood," she joked.
But Tonia's real bugbear is modern families' inability to sit around the table and eat as a unit. She said: "What never ceases to surprise me is that they say they never sit down with their family and eat. It's really transient.
"One of things about eating Greek is sitting down together as friends or family, it's the people. Fulfil yourself, nutrify yourself not just with your food but with your company.
"It's all about taking some time and being mindful. It's all about taking some time and not just shoving in your gob the first thing."
