  • 84 per cent of British women are unhappy with the state of their feet
She's no stranger to the havoc that playing sport can wreak on the feet and now Kirsty Gallacher is fronting a new campaign to encourage women to do something about it.
The 39-year-old TV presenter has joined forces with footcare brand Scholl to champion the merits of well-cared for feet - and showed off her own in a series of glamorous new photos.
Swinging on a trapeze in a chic chiffon dress and dazzling in a black bustier, the mother-of-two looks every inch the yummy mummy in the circus-themed shots taken by top photographer David Oldham.

According to Scholl, 84 per cent of British women say their feet are in serious need of love and attention, with 67 per cent admitting that theirs simply aren't smooth enough.
Another 67 per cent want to get rid of hard skin while more than half said their trotters don't feel soft enough.
But despite the general dislike of unkempt feet, 39 per cent say they are reluctant to go for a pedicure because of the expense, while a fifth say they have no idea how to care for their feet.
That is something that Gallacher wants to change and, in a bid to boost Britain's feet, she has issued some advice of her own.
'As a busy working mother, I don’t always have time to go to a salon for a pedicure, so the new Scholl Diamond Express Pedi is the perfect alternative.

'Now I can show off my feet with confidence – it’s my hottest must-have beauty accessory!'
Ms Gallacher shot to fame in 1998 when she took on a presenting role at Sky Sports News after a stint as an editorial assistant.
The daughter of Scottish professional golfer Bernard Gallacher, she swiftly made sport her niche and went on to appear on 90 Minutes and Soccer Extra among others.
Later, she took on the role of presenting the revamped version of Gladiators and took guest-presenting slots on GMTV and Lorraine among others.
One of the big name celebrities to oppose Scottish independence, she added her name to a letter sent to the Guardian in the run-up to last year's vote.
Since then, she has returned to Sky Sports and is once more a regular presenter on Sky Sports News.
