But Pia Miller hit back at critics and showed her core strength when she shadow boxed for the cover of Women's Health magazine.
The 31-year-old Home And Away actress flaunted her toned abs and trim physique in Lycra as she playfully punched the air in padded gloves.

Wearing an itsy-bitsy black crop top and skin tight Lycra leggings, she took the opportunity to flaunt her deep tan from a recent holiday in Los Angeles.
The actress known for playing police officer Katarina Chapman in the Summer Bay soap wore her brunette locks loose and flashed a broad grin as flash bulbs popped in the photo studio.
The Chilean-born beauty, married to footy star Brad Miller, says she combines weights, boxing and pilates to stay in shape.

The mother of two, who won the annual Dolly Model Search competition at 13, recently admitted she was slapped with criticism when she was trying to break into modelling. 
Despite having her looks picked apart, Pia went on to compete in Network 10's Search For A Supermodel in 2001, before appearing in advertising campaigns for Myer and the Crown Casino.
She later became the face of close friend Megan Gale's swimwear line, Isola in 2012-2013.

But while the wife of former AFL player embraces her curves, she has admitted her shapely physique isn't just down to good genes and a fast metabolism.
'My workout philosophy is to combine weights or high-cardio with a low-impact regime like yoga or for rest and recovery,' she told Women's Health And Fitness of her secret to a good body.
'For me, it’s about balancing the two – eating right and sleeping right. I’m a big sleep advocate.'

Pia joined the Home And Away cast last year as Constable Katarina Chapman .
The character soon became a love interest for Nate Cooper, played by Kyle Pryor.
The Aussie drama is Pia's first big acting gig but the demanding schedule requires her to split her time between Sydney and Melbourne while shooting the Logie-winning show.
