Kaley Cuoco-Sweeting is frequently spotted showing off her toned figure as she leaves yoga classes in Studio City, California.
And in the October issue of Shape the 29-year-old reveals it was quite the struggle to finally find that perfect routine, and to realize that 'what works for my friends doesn't necessarily work for me.'
'I’ve never worked so hard to look good for something in my entire career,' admitted the star, who bared her taut tummy while going braless under a white button down for the stunning cover shot.

However, while it took some time to get there, it seems Kaley has finally found a groove with yoga, which she does five times a week, and says has 'transformed her body.' 
'I love being toned and having muscle; it’s so sexy and beautiful. And I owe it 100 percent to yoga,' she said.
The Big Bang Theory star, who frequents CorePower Yoga, credits her enviable physique to classes such as 'calorie burner' Hot Power Fusion and Yoga Sculpt, which has her wearing three-pound weights during yoga moves.
She also enjoys sculpt classes, noting that they 'include 20 seconds of mountain climbing or jumping jacks between the poses, so I get cardio, too.'

However, Kaley hasn't just honed in on her exercise regimen over the years. She's changed her eating habits, too.
The actress - who turns 30 in November - admitted that when she first got married to husband Ryan Sweeting - a professional tennis player with whom she tied the knot on New Year's Eve in 2013 - she would indulge in a 'bedtime snack' from candy they kept in drawers by their bed.
But once she realized that was just 'mindless eating' she 'cut that out,' and has since changed her whole diet, getting rid of soda, chips, and cereals that the couple kept in the pantry.
The actress even joked, of her former eating habits: 'We had boxes of stuff that only a 4-year-old would eat.'

Kaley did maintain that despite her new healthy habits, she had to have a cheat day every once in a while - usually consisting of a drink and some pizza.
'I'm just going to be in a bad mood all the time if there's no light at the end of the tunnel,' the blonde beauty explained.
On her progress, Kaley said the change had been slow, but rewarding, with the star losing six pounds in three months.

And while that may not sound like a lot, it is a whole jeans size, which was worth celebrating to Kaley, who admitted: 'I’m the type of girl who’s always had to buy jeans in three sizes because I never know what my body is going to do from one day to the next.'
Seeing the positive changes in the mirror and getting great feedback from her husband - 'You look amazing!' - has the star obsessed with her new routine. 'I don’t want to go back to what I was doing,' she gushed.
The October issue of Shape - featuring Kaley - hits newsstands on September 15, and the ninth season of her popular CBS series The Big Bang Theory premieres Monday, September 21 at 8pm.
