Norman Reedus and Sonequa Martin-Green look ready for battle in new stills from the upcoming midseason premiere of The Walking Dead

After a brutal first eight episodes, which teased the death of a beloved character, The Walking Dead is set to return with its midseason premiere on Valentine's Day.
And with that date quickly approaching AMC has released five stills from the season's six's upcoming ninth episode, entitled: 'No Way Out.'
Norman Reedus (Daryl), Sonequa Martin-Green (Sasha), Michael Cudlitz (Abraham), and Seth Gilliam (Father Gabriel) are pictured, looking forebodingly off camera, as if staring at approaching danger.

Daryl sports his usual attire of a torn shirt, made into a tank that shows off his sculpted arms, one of which is covered in blood.
The fan-favorite biker is also sporting a bleeding wound on his head, as he is pictured standing by a truck, having been on his mission with Abraham and Sasha.
Sasha, meanwhile, looks ready to jump into action, as she can be seen giving a fearsome look as if she is sizing up someone off screen.
Equipped with her backpack, and sporting a tattered, brown shirt and light blue jeans Sasha is standing in a position of confidence as she has her hand on her gun, ready to pull it out and fire if necessary.

Abraham is sporting a uniform in the still, and though he is seen sitting he is looking off screen with as much intensity as Sasha.
Father Gabriel, of course, is not as well equipped for battle, and in his still looks more frightened than resigned or prepared.
The teaser for the upcoming premiere had shown the crew - Daryl, Sasha, and Abraham - running into a gang that worked for Negan (Jeffrey Dean Morgan), a fearsome new villain set to join the cast later this season.x
