She found fame on CW's hit show Jane The Virgin just two years ago.
And 31-year-old Gina Rodriguez reflects on her rising stardom in a new interview with Yahoo! Style as well looking gorgeous in an accompanying sultry photoshoot.  
Talking to Joe Zee for its I Yahoo'd Myself feature, Gina was asked how she deals with the ever-present showbiz pressure to stay thin.
'Of course I've fallen into the pressure, 100% I've fallen into the culture.' she said.

'If you look like the swimsuit model then everyone's gonna want you and the money's going to flow through and everything's going to be grand and dandy.
'That's bulls**t' the Chicago-born beauty added.
'You go to television and film and it does add 10lbs,

Gina wows in a range of black lingerie and dresses in a stunning collection of photographs for the website.

Gina also talked about being co-founder of lingerie brand Naja with designer Catalina Girald.
She explained of her partner: 'Her employees are 30 women from Colombia that are single mothers that stay home and take care of their children.'

Jane The Virgin has been a hit with critics and follows the story of a young devout Catholic woman (played by Gina) who ends up pregnant after being accidentally artificially inseminated.
The comedy is now wrapping up its second season and earlier this month CW renewed it for a third.
The talented brunette will also be seen in gritty drama Deepwater Horizon, which is released in September and tells the story of the 2010 oil rig disaster which caused the biggest oil spill in U.S. history.
She also stars in sci-fi thriller Annihilation, from Ex Machina director-filmmaker Alex Garland.
