Jessica Alba simply sizzles in a new photoshoot for InStyle.
The 35-year-old is seen modelling a variety of stylish swimsuits, showing off her toned physique against a tropical backdrop. 
In the accompanying interview, the cover star talks about struggling to accept her sex symbol status, admitting that she didn't feel at ease with her sexuality at the beginning of her career.

The mother-of-two says she grew up a tomboy in a Christian household.
'My sexuality made me very uncomfortable. I remember my first Maxim shoot, they were telling me to pose a certain way, and I was like, "Agh! I'm 19. I'm a virgin. I don't even know how to do that." It was so awkward.'
As her career took off at 25, Jessica she said she was bothered my her sexy image which made her question her career direction.
'I sort of went through a life crisis. I was like, "This isn't what I set out to be. I'm so much more than this, but I don't know how not to be a sex symbol."

Around the same time Jessica became involved with now-husband Cash Warren after filming Fantastic Four soon fell pregnant with her daughter Honor.
'It was not planned, but I was like, "OK, this is where my life is going. I always wanted to be a mom."' she said.
After suffering with asthma and other allergies her whole life, the Honest Company co-founder said it was a reaction she got from washing her daughter's onesies that made her realise she didn't want her children to suffer like she had.
'I did not want my kid to be in the hospital all the time like I was.' she said.

That's when she decided to launch Honest, which specialises in nontoxic products and now valued at over $1 billion.
The actress started with diapers then added shampoos, soaps, cleaning solutions and most recently makeup and beauty.
'I made a deal with the universe: If I was able to manifest my dreams, then I would try to do good in some way.' she said.
