Kara Tointon is sensational in silver as she flaunts her slender frame in a VERY low-cut gown with a sheer skirt at the BAFTA TV Awards
She's never one to let the side down when it comes to her red carpet fashion.
And Kara Tointon looked the definition of sensational as she stepped out at the British Academy Television Awards at London's Royal Festival Hall on Sunday evening.
The former Eastenders actress, 32, dazzled in a seriously sexy, plunging Amanda Wakeley gown that also boasted a real elegant vibe.
Stunning in silver: Kara Tointon looked utterly sensational as she stepped out on the red carpet at the British Academy Television Awards at London's Royal Festival Hall on Sunday evening
The dove grey and almost silvery gown was cut almost perilously low down on her front, nearly to her navel, and allowed her to flaunt her braless chest and almost every inch of her decolletage.
The strappy number - cut flatteringly to showcase her lithe, toned arms - also included dainty bands going down over her breasts to add a touch of extra sex appeal and modernity.
Across the fabric of Kara's eye-catching piece were tiny lines printed in an almost geometric pattern across the bust, falling down in long, elegant lines down the flowing skirt.
A thick shiny silver band around her middle pulled it all together and cinched in at her whittled waistline, and heavy skirt fell to the floor in a pool at her feet.
Sheer-ly not! The former Eastenders actress, 32, dazzled in a seriously sexy, plunging Amanda Wakeley gown that also boasted a real elegant vibe... and a transparent skirt
Whoops! She laughed off her could-be wardrobe malfunction as she sashayed down the red carpet
However, the former Strictly Come Dancing star wasn't quite as covered-up as she'd hoped for: her skirt was so transparent, as the sunlight shone through it revealed her slim legs underneath.
Still, she pulled herself together and continued to flash her winning smile - painted in a ravishing deep red shade - for the cameras.
The brunette stunner wore her hair coiffed into a beautiful up-do with her locks twisted at the back, an ideal style to go along with her bare-shouldered aesthetic.
The multi-talented star was at the awards ceremony as her incredible TV effort, The Sound Of Music LIVE! was nominated in the Live Event category: however, it lost out to Big Blue Live.

Meanwhile, once she stepped into the iconic Thames-based venue, it was all about the stars of the British TV world as they were put forth for a prestigious BAFTA gong.
BAFTA nominees Idris Elba and Mark Rylance were among the actors hoping to take home a mask statuette at the British Academy Television Awards.
The award-winning stars will go head-to-head in the leading actor category for their work in Luther and Wolf Hall respectively.
They have already been nominated for Golden Globe and SAG Awards for their performances in the dramas, with Elba triumphing at the SAGs.
Cheeky! As she turned to walk up the red carpet, Kara flashed her braless sideboob
Gorgeous: She didn't mind posing up a storm, flaunting her trim figure and tiny waistline in the beautiful number
The BBC's historical drama Wolf Hall, an adaptation of Hilary Mantel's hit novel, leads this year's nominations with a total of four nods.
Peter Kay's Car Share and This Is England '90 picked up three nominations each.
The Great British Bake Off, which sees amateur bakers face off in a series of challenges, received its fifth consecutive nomination. It is nominated in the features category, which it won in 2012 and 2013.
Singer Adele will be competing for her first BAFTA for best entertainment programme for her TV special Adele At The BBC.
Hoping for a win: The multi-talented star was at the awards ceremony as her incredible TV effort, The Sound Of Music LIVE! was nominated in the Live Event category - however, the TV special lost to Big Blue Live
The programme, which saw her in conversation with Graham Norton about her career and comeback, is nominated alongside Britain's Got Talent, Strictly Come Dancing and the TFI Friday anniversary special.
Sir Lenny Henry will be honoured at the ceremony when he is presented with a special award in recognition of his outstanding contribution to television.
The British stand-up comedian, actor and writer, who is best known for his work on Comic Relief and as a presenter of TV programmes including The Magicians, The Lenny Henry Show and Three Of A Kind will take home the Alan Clarke Award.
Sir Lenny has previously received two Bafta nominations for The Lenny Henry Show and has been awarded a Lifetime Achievement Award at the British Comedy Awards in 2003.
