Kate Winslet leads the style stakes at the star-studded 36th London Critics' Circle Film Awards as she flaunts her lithe legs in a little black dress

She's already bagged a Golden Globe and an Oscar nomination for her supporting role in Steve Jobs.
So it was little surprise to see Kate Winslet confidently sashaying down the red carpet in a chic LBD at the 36th London Critics' Circle Film Awards, on Sunday night.
Ensuring all eyes were on her as she arrived at The May Fair hotel, the 40-year-old actress donned a thigh-skimming skater dress, which allowed her to flaunt her toned and honed legs to the max.

Nominated in the Best Supporting Actress category for her role in Danny Boyle's film about the Apple founder, Kate appeared in high spirits ahead of the event as she arrived at the luxury hotel.

Opting for a simple and natural palette of make-up, the Award-winning A-Lister sublty highlighted her striking features with a hint of mascara and eyeliner, while she added a bold flash of colour to her look with a application of scarlet lipstick.
Following her win at the 73rd Golden Globes earlier in the month for her role alongside Michael Fassbender in the Steve Jobs biopic, Kate also picked up an Oscar nomination for the role.
However, Kate appears to have stiff competition in the Supporting category at this years' Critics' Cirlce Film Awards in the form of Olivia Colman, Kristen Stewart, Tilda Swinton and Alicia Vikander.
Also putting in a suitbaly stylish appearance on the red carpet was Game Of Thrones' Maisie William, who continued penchant for pulling of a fashionably quirky outfit, designed by Markus Lupfer.
