She shot to fame as the unlikely child beauty queen in Little Miss Sunshine at the age of 10.

But Abigail Breslin proved she was all grown up in a glamorous gown while attending the Changemaker cocktail reception at the Greenwich International Film Festival in Connecticut.

The 20-year-old actress turned heads in an extreme plunging gown which showcased her busty cleavage as she posed alongside a host of stars, including Frieda Pinto.

The stunning floral embroidery on the upper bodice of Abigail's number only seemed to accentuate her ample assets further, while the rest of the turquoise gown flowed down to the floor.

Sporting the same flowery print on the hemline, Abigail looked pretty as a picture in the flirty number.

The New York native tied her tresses in to a braided bun which gave way to large silver hoop earrings.

Keeping her make-up fluttery and daytime inspired, she radiated as she posed along Slumdog Millionaire star Frieda, who stunned in a royal blue one-shoulder gown.

She too opted to place the focus on her neckline and scraped her raven tresses back into a ponytail, showing off her chiselled cheekbones and silver stud earrings.

Obviously honoured to be at the event, Freida took to the stage to give an inspiring talk, as did Abigail, who accepted the Rising Changemaker award.

Breslin went on to take to Instagram to express her gratitude at attending the event, mentioning: 'So unbelievably honored to have accepted the Rising Changemaker award at the Greenwich Film Festival tonight and be able to discuss the work of The National Coalition Against Domestic Violence.

So grateful to have been there along side these 2 wonderful women and honorees, Trudie Styler and Freida Pinto who spoke of 2 other incredible organizations.'

Furthermore, Breslin will be starring in remake of the 1987 iconic film Dirty Dancing, where she will take on the role made famous by Jennifer Grey.

Joining Abigail and Freida at the event was Sting's wife Trudie Styler and television host Kathie Lee Gifford.

Nicole Scherzinger has confirmed her part in ABC's forthcoming TV remake of Dirty Dancing.

Sharing her excitement via Twitter on Tuesday, the former Pussycat Dolls singer said she was 'so excited' to join the cast of the 1987 adaptation, which already features Abigail Breslin and Debra Messing.

The 37-year-old is said to be reinventing the role of Johnny's original dance partner Penny, which was originally played by Cynthia Rhodes almost three decades ago.

Hawaii-born Nicole told her Twitter followers: 'So excited to join the cast of @ABCNetwork #DirtyDancing remake! Can't wait for you all to see it!'

And sharing a picture of her health checks and fitness training, the brunette added: #dirtydancing !!! I'm so excited!!! Lol! I'm coming for ya! #imcomingforyou'

Nicole, who went solo from the girlband in 2010, turned her hand to acting in 2014 when she took part in London's West End revival of Cats: The Musical.

It's back: ABC announced the three-hour adaptation of the 1987 romantic flick, starring Patrick Swayze as Johnny Castle and Jennifer Grey, portraying Baby Houseman

The US network announced the remake back in December 2015, naming Little Miss Sunshine's Abigail in the lead role of Baby Houseman.

Penny falls pregnant in the original film and opts for an illegal abortion, forcing Baby to step in and dance with Johnny Prattes, who was originally played by Patrick Swayze.

Will & Grace actress Debra has been placed in the role of Marjorie Houseman, Baby's mother, though the actor taking on Johnny has not be confirmed.

The three-hour adaptation is thought to follow the same storyline, though its air date has yet to be revealed.

A second film was made about the romantic flick favourite was made in 2003, Dirty Dancing 2, but flopped at the Box Office.

Starring Romola Garai, Diego Luna it was reimagining of the classic boy meets girl, girl is forbidden from seeing boy, boy and girl defy the family's wishes, though it's all set in 1959 Cuba.

The challenging moves - like the memorable swan lift that Abigail will have to master - will surely be no trouble for dance and musical-theatre trained Nicole.

She first found fame as part of the Burlesque troupe PCD, but Nicole emerged as the breakout star and went on to have a successful solo career.

Lea Michele and Emma Roberts proved in a title sequence released on Wednesday that they have the lungs for Scream Queens.

The co-creator of the show Ryan Murphy, 49, posted a link to the 'super-sized main title sequence' to his Twitter account.

The 101-second video showed Emma, 24, spinning and screaming followed by Skyler Samuels, 21, screeching while surrounded by flames.

Lea, 29, wore a neck brace as she started screaming after being confronted by someone wearing a red devil mask.

Abigail Breslin, Keke Palmer and Nasim Pedrad also were given credits in the title sequence along with other members of the ensemble cast.

Billie Lourd, 23, delivered her scream while reclining in a bathtub.

The sequence ended with Scream Queens dripping in bold pink letters.

Scream Queens will debut on September 22 with a two-hour premiere on Fox.

The show was co-created by Ryan and Brad Falchuk who previously co-created Glee and the American Horror anthology series.

Scream Queens is a horror-comedy anthology series and its first season will focus on a series of murders involving the Kappa Kappa Tau sorority at Wallace University with one victim killed each episode.

Emma plays sorority president Chanel Oberlin while Lea portrays pledge Hester 'Neckbrace' who has scoliosis that requires a brace.

The series also will feature original scream queen Jamie Lee Curtis, 56, and Ariana Grande and Nick Jonas also will have recurring roles.
