Millie Mackintosh and Kimberly Wyatt go naked for Women's Health

By

Several celebrities have posed naked for the Women's Health Body For Life campaign, including Made in Chelsea star Millie Mackintosh and former Pussycat Doll Kimberly Wyatt.

Also joining the campaign, which focuses beyond aesthetics to building a strong body, are heptathlete Louise Hazel, TV presenter Amanda Byram and personal trainer Tracy Anderson.

Millie Mackintosh: "I'm not too thin - I'm slim"

"I get comments on Twitter or in interviews with people asking, 'How do you deal with the fact people think you're too thin?'" Mackintosh said.

"I'm not too thin - I'm slim. I go to the gym to try to build muscle. I really try!"

She added: "My husband Steven [Professor Green] and I sometimes run or cycle together. But he's also good at reminding me I need to rest.

"I don't want to be skinny and I don't want a six-pack - I just want health… and some definition!"

Kimberly Wyatt: "I know what it's like not to feel beautiful"

Wyatt said: "I know what it's like not to feel beautiful. I've had the executive at the record label suggest I'd be better if I looked like an anorexic alien.

"But I've always resisted the pressure to stick my fingers down my throat. I think I'm lucky my training has never just been about my body - it was driven for my love of dance."

Asked for her favourite body part, she replied: "Shoulders and back.

"Ballet is brilliant for muscles in these areas, so when I see mine in the mirror, I'm like, 'Yeah, I worked my ass off my entire life for those'."

Louise Hazel: "I used to burn food off immediately"

Commonwealth gold medallist Hazel said: "I've competed since I was 10 and trained full-time - twice a day, six days a week - from age 18.

"Now I'm no longer competing, that's down to five times a week, once a day."

She continued: "I can probably go for about 10 days without exercise before I start going out of my mind. Life is different when not training at a competitive level - I used to burn food off immediately.

"Nowadays, I'm more conscious about what I'm putting in. But my body still has great muscle memory - if I don't train for a week, I can still snap back into shape. If you dedicate time to looking after your body, it will always pay you back."

Amanda Byram: "If I was going to be naked, I wanted to feel at my very best"

Byram said: "A year or so before I turned 40, I thought, 'It's now or never'. I wanted to sculpt a strong body - one that would stay healthy and beautiful well into my 40s and beyond.

"If I was going to be naked, I wanted to feel at my very best, but normally, I'll weight train three times a week - it's the best for stripping fat.

"I don't have a strict routine. I like variety so I can wake up on a morning and think, 'What do I fancy doing today?' Listening to your body and what it really needs is one of the healthiest things you can do."

Tracy Anderson: "I train to feel healthy and in control

Anderson, who is Gwyneth Paltrow's personal trainer, said: "I train to feel healthy and in control, and that's liberating because I used to feel trapped by my body.

"At 19, I was training to be a professional dancer, but had piled on 35lb in a year. I'd hit the gym, go to Pilates, but it just made me stockier.

"I began working with a doctor who opened my eyes to the science of muscles - it took me five years of working on movement after movement before I had anything I dared call a method."

She added: "Now, I train as I teach, which usually means 90 minutes a day, six days a week - the mix of cardio and small-muscle work that's become my method. I've learnt so much about my body.

"I don't want the body of a 20-year-old, I just want to celebrate being the best me at this moment in time."

Leather must be on trend, then! Laura Whitmore leads the way as Roxanne McKee and Gemma Chan vamp it up at fashion bash

The spring season may be fast approaching but it would seem one of winter's key trends is well and truly here to stay.
Laura Whitmore led the way as a whole host of stars chose to channel their inner rock chicks with an array of vampy leather ensembles as they attended the Patrick Hellmann store launch party in London on Thursday night.
Attending yet another midweek bash, the 27-year-old TV presenter opted for a fierce leather trench coat by Gerard Darel as she posed up a storm on the red carpet.

Featuring on-trend zip and stud detail, the belted mac showed off the MTV host's enviably slim waist to perfection, while her long blonde locks were coiffed to perfection around her shoulders.
Adding contrast to her rocker coat, Laura accessoried with a small white French Connection shoulder bag.
The star kept the rest of her look simple in black tailored cigarette pants and a yellow knitted jumper as she chatted to comedian Leigh Francis and fellow TV presenter Amanda Byram inside the bash.

Is Laura Whitmore the hardest partying TV presenter in showbiz? (with a stylish wardrobe to match)

Is Laura Whitmore the hardest partying TV presenter in showbiz? (with a stylish wardrobe to match)

Laura Whitmore is showing her contemporaries how to party hard and still perform to the best of their abilities.
The television presenter has been a fixture at many high profile events recently in London and is swiftly building up a reputation for her hard partying ways and fierce wardrobe.
However, unlike Nick Grimshaw, Laura is able to have a good time until the early hours and still look like a movie star the next day.

The 27-year-old was seen out on Wednesday night at the Brit Awards where she was combining business with pleasure by both working and socialising.
First of all she hit the red carpet to interview the musicians and looked superb in a short metallic dress.
After finishing her day job for ITV2 she then headed off for a quick change and got ready to hit one of the many after-parties.

Laura changed into a lovely sleeveless grey dress as she partied the night away at the Universal Brits after-party at Soho House.
London Fashion Week was a big one for Whitmore as she made sure she was at as many shows and parties as she could fit in.
Having rocked the Elle Style Awards at The Savoy Hotel in a yellow dress just days earlier, Laura began fashion week sedately at the Zoe Jordan show at Somerset House.

Not content with simply being on the front row of every show Laura changed her outfit five times in one day making sure she was centre of attention.
The presenter slipped out of her white dress and into a blue number as she watched the Bora Aksu show before putting on some trousers for the Felder Felder show and switched into a striped dress for PPQ's after-party which was held at Baroque.
With fashion week over Whitmore found more excuses to party as she attended the O2 and War Child Brit Awards Concert with Muse at O2 Shepherds Bush Empire.

The Baftas provided yet more opportunity for the star to dress up and she didn't disappoint in a gracious black jumpsuit.
Whitmore also looked sublime in a white cocktail dress at the Bafta Nominees Party at Asprey.
Enjoying her new found fame and hitting up party after party isn't stopping her from functioning day to day as she tweeted on Thursday morning: 'Photoshoot day after the Brits #badidea'.

I'm A Celebrity TV presenter Laura Whitmore eats ice cream as she relaxes by her swimming pool

That's not a Bushtucker Trial: I'm A Celebrity TV presenter Laura Whitmore eats ice cream as she relaxes by her swimming pool

It’s a jungle out there… or at least it is for starving Helen Flanagan and her I’m A Celebrity rivals.
But just a few miles away, TV presenters Laura Whitmore and Amanda Byram have struck gold on the Gold Coast – and are only too keen to flaunt it.
While the celebrities brave cockroaches and rats in the dank rainforest, the bikini-clad Irish duo have been lapping up the rays at their luxury hotel’s pool – and posting the evidence on Twitter.
Hard work: I'm A Celebrity... Get Me Out Of Here presenter Laura Whitmore kicks back at the poolside with a tub of ice cream

And Bray girl Laura seemed to be really rubbing it in when, just as it was revealed former Corrie star Helen had begged the show’s producers for chocolate, she was pictured scoffing a marshmallow, caramel and chocolate tub of Ben & Jerry’s ice cream.
ITV2 favourite Laura flew out to Australia to co-host spin-off show I’m A Celebrity... Get Me Out Of Here! NOW! with former Eastenders star Joe Swash last month.
And her VBF Amanda jetted in to the Gold Coast at the weekend as a guest presenter on the show.

Dubliner Amanda told her 53,000 Twitter fans how she was enjoying plenty of after-hours fun with Laura, Sugababe Heidi Range and I’m A Celebrity… hosts Ant and Dec.
‘Most impromptu and hilarious night I’ve had in a while. Involved a Sugababe, an Ant, a Dec, a @joeldommett and a lot of “monkeys with TB” chat!’ she Tweeted.
The globe-trotting former model said she was thrilled to be heading Down Under for some fun before Christmas. ‘Right then, London, I’m outta here… it’s time for another adventure and Australia is calling! #fundownunda #backsoonforsomechristmasspirit,’ she Tweeted at the weekend.

She and Laura have become close friends since Amanda moved from America to London last year.
They are part of a close circle of Irish celebrities living in the English capital that also includes The Voice star Bressie and Laura’s boyfriend, The Coronas’ Danny O’Reilly, who meet up to watch GAA games on TV.

Strictly Come Dancing's Natalie Lowe in see-through top at Lingerie launch

But it's an UNDERWEAR launch! Strictly Come Dancing's Natalie Lowe forgets her bra as she bares all in see-through top

She was attending an underwear launch so perhaps Natalie Lowe was hoping for a freebie.
Whatever her reasons, the Strictly Come Dancing star managed to leave her lingerie at home as she attended the launch of Helena Christensen's collection for Triumph.
The 32-year-old professional dancer bared everything as she sported a sheer top and no bra for the event.
But it's an underwear launch! Strictly Come Dancing's Natalie Lowe bared all as she went bra-less in a sheer top for Helena Christensen's Triumph collection showcase last night

But it seems that Natalie was perhaps unaware that the photographers' flashes would turn her top see-through, as she happily posed up for shots outside
Natalie teamed the black long-sleeved top, which was just off the shoulder, with a pair of loose leopard-print trousers.
The pretty blonde star wore the trousers low so as to show off her enviably toned abs.
Setting the tone: Natalie wore a particularly revealing outfit at the launch of Strictly earlier this week

And it seems that last night's outfit was just a hint of what will be coming up on Strictly, as Natalie opted for a similarly revealing outfit to the launch of the show in London earlier this week.
Natalie posed on the red carpet wearing a plunging pink tasselled number, which featured tiny silver sequinned straps on each side to hold it together.
The ensemble was virtually entirely backless, and frontless, with only a few strategically placed sequins protecting Natalie's modesty.

Natalie wasn't the only famous face at last night's launch, held at the Brompton Club in London.
The lady of the moment, Helena Christensen, opted for a stunning draped teal dress with printed peeptoe heels as she arrived to celebrate the launch of her inaugural lingerie collection for Triumph.
Jodie Kidd opted for a flowing white dress as she smiled for photographers while making her way inside to watch a showcase of the capsule collection.
Other stars to turn up and support Helena included MTV's Laura Whitmore, model Noelle Reno, Irish TV presenter Amanda Byram and gold medallist Olympian Greg Rutherford.
