Hailey Baldwin doesn't consider herself a supermodel like pal Gigi Hadid — yet. But maybe, if she follows in the star's footsteps, she'll manage to match her career.

And she's well on her way. This week, Guess announced that Hailey would be starring in the brand's fall campaign, posing for several sizzling apparel ads alongside fellow models Emma Stern and Matt Trethe.

The 19-year-old seems thrilled about the new gig taking on the role of Guess girl — one BFF Gigi first took on back in 1999 at the age of two.

Welcome to the brand: The 19-year-old was directed by Guess co-founder Paul Marciano and shot by fashion photographer Rayan Ayash

So exciting! She said that Guess is a 'cool platform' and she feels great to have joined the brand

Directed by Guess co-founder Paul Marciano and shot by fashion photographer Rayab Ayash, the pictures are set in Malibu and star blonde bombshell Hailey in a series of outfits.

In one shot, which Hailey proudly posted on Instagram, she snuggles up in a fuzzy red-and-white star-print sweater, her long locks cascading behind her.

In another, she models a denim jacket and jeans along with a very low-cut top, the golden rays of the sun accentuating her tan.

She also rocks a tight leather jacket — with no shirt underneath — ripped jeans and a hiked-up lace crop top that's an inch away from revealing underboob, and a sizzling dark-wash denim jumpsuit that hugs her curves in all the right places.

'I never really know what direction things are going to go for me in my career,' Hailey admitted, naming Claudia Schiffer as her favorite past Guess model. 'But this is definitely a cool platform and I feel great to be a part of it.'

Marciano is happy to have her, too. He told WWD: 'I met Hailey by total, pure accident. I didn't know who she was, but when I met her she was 10 times prettier than what I expected and I wanted to choose her right away.'

He added later on Instagram: 'Hailey is such a natural Guess Girl in my eyes!'

This is Hailey's second denim campaign. Previously, she modeled for Tommy Hilfiger Jeans and Ralph Lauren Denim & Supply.

Long history: She went on to appear in many adds for Guess Baby and Guess Kids before rejoining the brand as an adult

Luckily, Hailey gets the spotlight for herself, as Gigi hasn't starred in one of the brand's campaigns recently — though pictures of her over the years did appear in an ad by Guess celebrating her 21st birthday earlier this year.

Gigi first started posing for Guess Baby as a tiny tot in 1999, going on to model the Guess Kids in 2001, 2004, and 2005 through 2007.

She then took a break before coming back to model Guess Jeans as an adult in 2012.

'I went to preschool with the daughter of Paul Marciano of Guess. Our parents became really good friends and he is the one who discovered me,' she told Vogue in 2014.

'I don’t really remember that much about it but I remember a tent where we’d play games in. Since we were so young, we were only allowed to shoot for certain amount of time. On one shoot, I brought my family dog Gucci on set and he ended up being in the campaign with me.'

Former Miss World Priyanka Chopra has been announced as the newest face of Guess, making her the brand's first Indian model.

The 31-year-old, who is best known as a Bollywood actress, stars in the brand's new holiday campaign, which sees her striking sultry poses in the stunning black-and-white shots against the backdrop of a Mediterranean villa.

Miss Chopra, who won Miss World in 2000 at the tender age of 17, told WWD: 'For a global fashion brand, for them to move their campaign into a global space, for me it's an honor.'

Groundbreaking: Miss Chopra, who won Miss World in 2000 at the tender age of 17, said of her new role: 'For a global fashion brand, for them to move their campaign into a global space, for me it's an honor'

In the campaign, which was shot by musician Bryan Adams, Miss Chopra shows off her exotic look in the line's form-fitting dresses, her dark hair styled in a voluminous up-do.

One image sees her sitting on a bench outdoors in a floral minidress and black stilettos, her head resting in her hand.

In another photo, the Indian-born beauty perches on a sofa in an all-white ensemble, smiling widely as she reveals a tattoo on her wrist that reads: 'Daddy's lil girl'.

According to E!, Miss Chopra was signed to Guess after CEO Paul Marciano met her and dubbed her 'the young Sophia Loren'.

'Chopra's confidence, strength and sensuality reflect the qualities I always look for in a model,' Mr Marciano, who is also creative director and co-founder, explained.

Miss Chopra's appointment as the new face of Guess marks a historical milestone, as some of the only other Indian actors to be signed as global fashion ambassadors are Shahrukh Khan for Tag Heuer and Aishwarya Rai Bachchan for L'Oreal.

What's more, the campaign undoubtedly bodes well for Miss Chopra's modeling future.

Ideal spokesperson: 'Chopra's confidence, strength and sensuality reflect the qualities I always look for in a model,' Mr Marciano explained
