'We might keep in touch': Samia Ghadie leaves Dancing On Ice with skating partner boyfriend Sylvain Longchambon after suffering painful groin injury

She admitted she was pleased to leave Dancing On Ice on a high on Sunday night.
But Samia Ghadie, 30, joked that she might have to consider staying in contact with her skating partner boyfriend Sylvain Longchambon after being eliminated from the contest.
When asked if she would be seeing Sylvain again, the star, who was evicted from the show after battling a painful groin strain during the skate-off, said: 'We might keep in touch.'

Samia caused controversy in January when it emerged professional skater Sylvain had left his Hollyoaks actress ex Jennifer Metcalfe for Coronation Street star Samia.
Sylvain had been dating Jennifer since meeting her on Dancing On Ice two years ago but caused heartache when he left her for Samia on Christmas Day.
However, the pair were able to raise a smile when show host Phillip Schofield joked she would be taking home someone for her to remember the show by.

Samia, who used a chair as part of her performance for props week, was eliminated from the ITV show after failing to impressive the judges in the skate-off against Olympic boxer Luke Campbell despite performing her routine after suffering a painful groin injury.
She failed to appear with her fellow contestants at the beginning of the results show as she was being seen by a physiotherapist backstage.
Partner Sylvain said: 'I think she did it when she was on the chair. She also injured herself [in rehearsals] the other day.'
The show must go on: Samia still performed in the skate-off despite suffering a painful groin sprain which was brought on after she used a chair as a prop in her routine earlier in the evening

Presenter Phillip Schofield added: 'There's a bit of a worry that if she ends up in the save me skate she won't be able to do it.'
However, Samia did manage to take to the ice rink again, saying before her dance: 'Apparently I've pulled my groin. It's been coming all week and it's just gone.
'I'm going to give it my best shot. I'll deal with whatever happens afterwards.'
The next chapter: Samia is now dating her former professional skating partner Sylvain who she met after taking part in Dancing On Ice
But Samia didn't show any signs of being in pain during her final performance and admitted afterwards that she felt fine.
And while she managed to make it through her dance, Samia failed to beat boxer Luke who won over the judging panel.
Jason Gardiner said: 'Samia, well done for coming out and doing that under such duress.

'It was very tough for you I know but you can hold your head high with how you've performed this evening but Luke, you've turned a corner. I'm saving Luke.'
Head judge Robin Cousins added: 'Samia... You're a feisty young lady but Luke, it was a knock-out.'
After hearing the result, Samia said: 'I'm kind of glad that tonight has been our last night because we've gone out on a high.'
Rugby player Gareth Thomas, Olympic gymnast Beth Tweddle, former EastEnders actor Matt Lapinskas and boxer Luke will go through to next week's semi-final on Sunday night.
