After seeing hundreds of amazing and shocking acts at auditions held around the country, judges Simon Cowell, David Walliams, Alesha Dixon and Amanda Holden managed to whittle them down to just 45.
And on Tuesday night, saw Britain's Got Talent continue the live semi-final week after Welsh choir group Cor Glanaethwy and Alesha’s Golden Buzzer Entity Allstars sailed through the night before.
The HoneyBuns were determined to win over Simon as well as next to try get the votes of the nation as they sang Hold On by Wilson Phillips.

Dressed in smart black ensembles and starting off with minimal movement, the group soon came into their own as the song went on.


Simon told the ladies: ‘You know what, we’ve got Little Mix and now we’ve got Big Mix. 
'That’s what I like about you, you are fun and you don’t take yourselves too seriously. I have a feeling that you could surprise us. I hope the public get behind you because I like you.’

Alesha added: ‘I think you’re great and fun. You look sensational and your personality came out more at the end.’
Amanda joined in saying: ‘You were absolutely brilliant fun. You are my kind of girls, but you looked a bit too serious. Apart from that it was amazing.’

Opening the show was kids dancing group Groove Thing, who got the crowd going with their energetic disco routine. 
The adorable dance troupe performed a host of impressive moves and stunts to a medley of disco anthems. 
David Walliams gushed: 'That was incredible, so much talent coming out of Wales this year.'
While Alesha Dixon added: 'I absolutely love you guys, you are so fantastic.. You put some of the adults to shame. Well done guys.'
Amanda Holden was in agreement as she said: 'Wales must be so proud of you and I know your mum and dad's were. You were super cool and super groovy.'

Next up was Jules O’Dwyer & Matisse as the 49-year-old dog trainer took to the stage with cute pooches.
The routine started with Jules laying her dog down before proceeding to 'wind him up', the dog continued to perform tricks on cue on the toy themed set. 
Alesha said: 'Wow, there are so adorable. Your dog are just beautiful and so so clever. You really upped it from the auditions.'
Amanda agreed saying: 'It felt like a such a beautiful, magical... I felt like a little girl again. It was better than your auditions. I was utterly enthralled.'
Simon asked: 'There are real dogs? They are a loving it and honestly it was amazing. It was one of the best dog acts we've ever seen.'
David joked: 'I agree with Amanda, it made me feel like a little girl again. They are so amazing, I think they will do well presenting the show next year.'

Next was extreme dance act, Bonetics, who impressed with his bone breaking style of expression.
Moving across the stage to Ed Sheeran and Rudimental’s hit, Bloodstream, the dancer sported amazing body paint and emerged from a cage.
Amanda was impressed as she said: ‘Oh my god, it is brilliant. You looked brilliant and it was amazing but it is horrendous to watch. But it was good. You did yourself proud but it is a difficult one to watch.’

Amanda gushed: ‘I am so proud of you. It was a beautiful interpretation. World class, it couldn’t have gone better.’
Simon added: ‘I loved it. I wanted to find a group choir this year, and now we have two. I still think there is more to come from you. The golden buzzers have been amazing choices.’
David Walliams was in agreement saying: ‘It was a really really beautiful version of that song. I would love to buy a record from you. I would love sign them to DW records.’
Alesha concluded: ‘I really hope there is success for you after this show. It is so great to see some soul on BGT.’

Next was Austrian magician Michael Late with a very musical and wacky magic act.
Alesha admitted: ‘That was so random but so entertaining. You’re crazy but I enjoyed it.’
Amanda agreed saying: ‘I mean I kind of forgot what your act was, it was a fondue of entertainment well done.’
Simon added: ‘It was fantastically nuts, I don’t how you did that. Most magicians are quite boring but you were fun and bit disturbed but I liked that.’
David quipped: ‘I like that you didn’t play up the Austrian thing. It’s magic but it was really fun and comical.’

Luca Calo once again hit the stage with confidence that did not quite match his vocal ability.
Donning a large blue cape, he sang Listen by Beyonce before stripping to perform a dance routine to Crazy In Love.
The young man popped, dropped and twerked in a dazzling metallic ensemble as he was joined by female dancers.
Simon smiled as he said: ‘I’m going to be honest, this is better than Eurovision.

Alesha said: ‘You’ve got a big set of pipes and I loved it. Well done darling’.
Amanda admitted: ‘I prefer a more classic version of that song but what you did was great. You hit every note and you gave it some whelly.’
Simon added: ‘I didn’t like the first part of the song, you sang the second half amazingly. I feel like we’ve made you look old-fashioned. But you are an amazing singer.’
David concluded: ‘I thought it was incredibly powerful and I kept wanting to ovate before you had even finished.’

Finally Old Men Grooving took to the stage with a fun dance routine which saw them break dancing and cutting some shapes to classic hip hop and R’n’B tracks.
David couldn’t speak over the cheering crowd as he said: ‘It was absolutely pure joy to watch you up there. I was thinking, “Could this be at the royal variety?” And yes it could, Prince Philip will come out and join you’.
Alesha said: ‘I love your spirit and your passion. And what are you wearing? It was good fun with classic moves. Loved the old school vibes, very nice.’
Amanda added: ‘It is so joyful to watch and made me very very happy. OMG, it was dad’s army. Just brilliant.’
Simon concluded: ‘Very small criticism, I though the end part wasn’t as good as the beginnings. Having said that you made me want to ovate.’
