Strictly judge Len Goodman gives his reasons for Daisy Lowe's woes after she has faced 2 dance-offs despite high scores

Why is no one voting for Daisy? Strictly judge Len Goodman gives his reasons for Lowe's woes after she has faced TWO dance-offs despite high scores

Strictly judge Len Goodman has revealed why he believes Daisy Lowe has faced the dreaded dance-off twice despite scoring highly.
The 27-year-old model beat singer Anastasia to survival on Saturday after topping actress Lesley Joseph the week before - even though she was judged better than most other dancers on both shows.
Her position in the bottom two has angered her fans with some claiming the show is 'fixed' as weaker dancers such as former Labour MP Ed Balls get through.

But head judge Len simply believes people aren't voting for Daisy because her strong performances lead them to believe she's 'safe'.
On Chris Evans' Radio 2 breakfast show on Monday, the presenter asked him: 'What is going on with Daisy Lowe being in the dance off every week?'
Len responded: 'Listen. I've tried to figure that out myself. I can only imagine - because she's a terrific dancer, she's got a lovely personality and she's such a charming, lovely person.
'The only thing I can think of is that people, when they vote, may see Daisy - she's there, she's in fourth place, she's in a good position, they may think "well, she's safe".

'And then they vote for somebody, you know, down the line who they hope will come back and poor Daisy gets overlooked.
'That's the only thing I can imagine because it's nothing to do with her dancing.'
The bottom two is worked out after the judges scores are combined with the public votes.
On Saturday's show Daisy scored 8, 8, 8, 9 for a total of 33 points, which put her in a healthy fourth place.
Strictly viewers were outraged by the lack of voting support for Daisy after she was highly praised for her Mexican Day of the Dead take on a Paso Doble to Please Don't Let Me Be Misunderstood by Santa Esmeralda on Saturday.
But Len said that viewers who haven't voted shouldn't complain at the results, adding: 'Don't moan if you don't phone.'

Judging Saturday's dance off between Daisy and Anastacia, Bruno Tonioli praised both couples for putting up a 'fierce fight', but admitted: 'Overall I would like to choose the couple that satisfied me with content, gave me quality of movement, power of performance - Daisy and Aljaz.'
Some viewers began to target 'fix' claims at the show again, calling it a farce to put weaker contestant Ed Balls through without question.
'Was obvious @daisylowe wud stay but let's start voting for the worst dancing in #Strictly. She didn't deserve to be in the dance off,' said one fan with another exclaiming, 'Ed Balls should be out by now.'
