Scorching Jennifer Metcalfe reveals her enviably toned midriff and shapely derriere in a thong bikini as she frolics in St. Tropez

She was unveiled as the new face of LighterLife Fast in June - and Jennifer Metcalfe couldn't be a better ambassador.

The sizzling brunette, enviably body confident and noticeably more vivacious, stripped down to a teeny mismatching bikini during her St. Tropez getaway recently and was looking better than ever.

Jennifer, 31, looked simply sensational as she puffed out her shapely derriere during a playful splash around in the sea before walking back up the beach with her toned midriff on display.

The Hollyoaks actress was enjoying a romantic getaway with boyfriend Greg Lake when she was photographed playing in the sea.

And she may as well have been on the beach by herself as she launched herself into the clear waters with wreckless abandon and splashed about with a wide smile on her face.

From behind, the bikini-clad starlet confidently displayed her curves, having picked out lingerie-style thong bottoms that, despite not matching her snakeprint top, worked wonders for framing her shape.

And from the front, Jennifer was a vision, beach-ready at every inch from her pink lipstick to her lustrous sea salt curls.

Having exhausted herself in the surf, the star was later seen reclining in the sand as she ran fingers through her tresses.

Jennifer seemed to be relishing the beach break after returning to the soap where she's better known as Mercedes McQueen.

She's been back on the soap since returning from the dead in a dramatic story line that followed Jennifer's four month time out from filming to focus on her health and wellbeing.

During that time, the brunette discovered healthy eating programme LighterLife Fast, which sees her committing to a 5:2-style regime.

Speaking to MailOnline about her weight back in June, the brunette said: 'As I've got older I've become more body confident.

Jen has again been shortlisted for Sexiest Female at the Inside Soap Awards, but faces strong competition from stars like Jacqueline Jossa, Gemma Atkinson and Shona McGarty.
