It's a wrap! Katherine Jenkins stays cool in ice blue satin as she enjoys fashion show with sister Laura

Katherine Jenkins ensured all eyes were on her dress yesterday when she stepped out with younger sister Laura for a heady mix of fine dining and haute couture in London.
First port of call for the Welsh beauty was the upmarket ME hotel, where she joined the likes of Sinitta and Yasmin Mills at the Odabash Macdonald Resort 2013 fashion launch on Tuesday evening.
But while she wasn’t modelling, Katherine made sure she got plenty of attention by hitting the red carpet in the aptly chosen ice blue wrap dress – a gift from flamboyant designer Julien Macdonald.

The armless outfit proved to be the perfect complement for her slender physique with its plunging neckline and above the knee slash detail
The designer dress was accentuated by a distinct lack of accessories, while Katherine's make-up was tastefully minimal – just a hint of foundation and eyeliner balanced with a natural coloured lipstick.
Her look was completed with a pair of obligatory black stilettos as she made her way up to the hotel’s scenic rooftop with Laura – her companion for the evening.

The singer kept her Twitter followers updated on proceedings with a series of tweets during the build-up to the catwalk show.
‘Taking in the view, sipping cocktails, waiting for the show to start…With @LauraJenks,’ she wrote alongside a photo of the pair in front of a Central London backdrop.
Katherine was joined on the red carpet by Saturdays star Mollie King, who hinted at an alternative career by capably strutting her stuff on the catwalk in two outfits from the new collection – a striking white and silver kaftan and gold lame halterneck.

Other stars to model outfits at the event – which marks the second collaboration from swimwear designer Melissa Obadash and fashion designer Julian Macdonald – included singer Dionne Bromfield, Made in Chelsea star Rosie Fortescue and TV presenter Zara Martin.
Following the show, Katherine sashayed out into the street, where she climbed into the back of a waiting cab and headed for trendy Nobu in Mayfair, where she was flanked by doormen as she headed inside for a bite to eat.
After letting her hair down in the capital, Katherine congratulated Julien on the new collection - and thanked him for giving her the costly freebie.
