However, the actress has often made a point of speaking about the importance of fitness and healthy eating, which no doubt explains her enviable physique.
While of course there is a level of pressure on celebrities to look a certain way, Jessica explained to People magazine that she works hard to stay in shape primarily to set a good example for her daughters Honor, six, and Haven, three.

'As I've gotten older and after I became a mum, it became more of a priority to be healthy for the right reasons,' she revealed.
'I’m not so much into preaching, more into practicing. I like to swim with them, go on family walks. The kids like it too, they go crazy, bouncing off the walls if I keep them inside.
'They’ll throw balls around, and I’m going, "You can’t throw balls in the house! That’s our lamp!"'
