Look at the state of the Union! Gabrielle sizzles in plunging see-through dress at Straight Outta Compton premiere
She wasn't one of the night's leading ladies, but Gabrielle Union still stole the show.
The 42-year-old actress dared to bare in a plunging sheer black gown as she attended the premiere of Straight Outta Compton at the Microsoft Theater in Los Angeles on Monday.
The Bring It On star put her curves on display in the detailed dress which featured see-through sleeves and a completely sheer back.

The unique piece just barely covered her bottom, with a see-through skirt flowing from her thighs down.
Gabrielle's garment also had a thigh-high-slit and clasped in the front, appearing vest-like for a semi-menswear-inspired appeal.
She glammed it up with a pair of strappy black heels and delicate silver Y-necklace.

The Think Like A Man Too actress styled her dark locks in voluminous waves, as her eyes popped with smoky shadow.
A nude lip gloss completed the look of the wife of basketball player Dwyane Wade.
Dwyane, 33, was also in attendance, appearing street chic in a loose grey shirt, matching slim-fit jeans, and black boots.

Other stars to show their support included former One Direction star Zayn Malik, Snoop Dogg, Ice Cube - who stars in the film - and Tom Arnold.
Of course, the man of the night, Dr. Dre, was also there for the big reveal.

Dr. Dre just released his first album in 50 year, Compton: A Soundtrack by Dr. Dre.
Days after the big debut, the entertainer had has unveiled his N.W.A. biopic, Straight Outta Compton, which inspired his latest album.
The film details his rise in the music industry along with members of the sound defining group - which also included superstars Ice Cube and the late Eazy-E.

News of the album has sent fans into overdrive, however, it was not the album they were expecting.
For a decade the rapper has teased the release of Detox as a follow up to his mega 1999 hit album 2001.
However, with the good news about the Compton release, the multi-millionaire revealed Detox will never be.

Dr. Dre said on his show: 'I didn't like it. It wasn't good.
'The record, it just wasn't good. I worked my ass off on it and I don't think I did a good enough job.'
Compton: A Soundtrack by Dre, is good enough but is also likely to be his last, the star said.
'I felt myself being so inspired by the movie that I started to record an album.
'I kept it under wraps. The album is finished.
'It's going to be my grand finale. The record is bananas.'
