The former soap star is said to have been removed from posters advertising the show.
The actress, who starred as Holly, herself appeared to confirm that she had left the production last week.
She tweeted a picture of herself looking out from the stage, captioning it with the words: 'I came. I saw. I conquered.'
The reason for her leaving the production is not yet known, but an insider suggested it wasn't 'a decision she would have made lightly'.

A source told The Sun: 'Roxanne was hugely popular on and off stage yet something major must have happened.
'It's not a decision she would have made lightly. Roxy was an amazing asset to the show but members of the cast were heard saying she had no choice but to leave and they supported her. She’s left the country and is taking some time out.'
The brunette beauty had sparked concern among fans after failing to appear in performances of the show last month, including in Belfast.

Kelly, the SI Swimsuit Rookie of 2015, was relieved to discover the iconic red one-piece famously worn by Pamela Anderson received a neoprene upgrade.
'It's scuba material, which is awesome because it's literally like wearing Spanx that suck you right in,' Rohrbach marveled.
'I was like, cheeseburgers, no problem. Just zip that thing up and it's like it never happened.'

The golf and Burning Man enthusiast was more into her unlikely love interest in the nostalgic reboot (disco-dancing 'everyman' Ronnie Greenbaum) than her character.
'Originally, my romantic interest, played by Jon Bass, is a Jonah Hill type. It was written that he had a big crush on [C.J.] and she's kind of a b***h to him,' she explained.
'I kept thinking, "I would love this guy. I would hook up with him. He's the funniest character, and to me, humor is the sexiest thing."'
However, Kelly's down-to-earth statement stands in stark contrast to her real-life leading men - Green Bay Packers quarterback Aaron Rogers and Oscar winner Leonardo DiCaprio.

'I was 5ft9in when I was 12,' Rohrbach deadpanned.
'My siblings would tease me and call me big friendly or freaky giant, and later, when I was approached about modeling, they would joke, "The BFG is gonna be a model? That clunky thing?" They know how to keep me in check alright.'
