Health and safety can sometimes slip from ones mind on holiday, especially for daring Mollie King who posted a picture of herself grilling food on the BBQ dressed in skimpy swimwear.

The 26-year-old Saturdays singer can be seen showing off her toned body in a black bikini, with her shoulder length blonde hair masking her face whilst cooking some lean steaks and juicy peppers.

Mollie was clearly enjoying the sunshine in LA and not missing the English weather, captioning the picture: 'How's January back home!? #Sorry'

The pretty singer was also busy kicking off her fitness regime for 2014, posting a picture of herself on a hike in LA drinking in the crisp blue skyline in lycra leggings and sports bra, shielding her face from the sun with a black baseball cap.

The star looked extremely toned, and seemed keen to get on top of her New Years fitness regime.

Bodyism specializes in creating long, lean and athletic physiques, a programme which Mollie has been following for the last three years to create her enviable figure.

Mollie's personal trainer at Bodyism Nathalie Schyller told the Mail Online that she is extremely dedicate to her programme: 'She is trying to do Bodyism's exercise programs herself even when she's not in London. She's always living clean and lean.'

Nathalie said the pop star works hard to keep her model figure in check:

'She is doing a mix of "bodyism style exercises" that is helping her to get the petite, toned and lean body that she is famous for.'

Nathalie added:

'She is also performing interval training that is helping her to be able to perform better on stage since she needs to sing and dance at the same time for hours when she is touring.

For example she does Bodyism tube walks to lift up and tone her bum, Y's and T's to improve her posture, flowing push ups to tone her arms and back, tummy vacuum to keep her tummy flat.'

It seems that all the hard work is paying off for the star, who posted a snap of herself on New Years eve looking glowing and healthy, where you can visibly see her toned arms.

SAM SMITH

Who is he? A Hertfordshire soul boy with a bittersweet lyrical touch and a stunning voice, 21-year-old Sam has already topped the UK singles chart as guest singer on Naughty Boy’s infectious La La La.

A former child actor, he has also sung with Disclosure and Nile Rodgers, but is preparing to strike out on his own. Boosted by winning this year’s Critics’ Choice Brit Award — a springboard for Adele and Florence Welch — he is poised to become a major star.

Where can I hear more? A single, Money On My Mind, is out on February 16. Debut album In The Lonely Hour follows in May.

Who is she? A prickly purveyor of electro-pop with attitude, this 18-year-old Maidenhead singer-songwriter was weaned on her sister’s hip-hop collection and her dad’s New Order records, but cites the frank songwriting style of Amy Winehouse as her main inspiration. ‘I used to go into writing sessions listening to Amy numbers like Me And Mr Jones,’ says Chlöe.

She also describes her music as ‘steak and kidney pop — something more filling than bubblegum’.

Where can I hear more? The EPs No Strings, Rumour and Paper Heart are out now. Her debut album is out later this year on Columbia.

Who is she? A half-Swedish, half-Scottish singer-songwriter who has already soundtracked a John Lewis TV ad with her plaintive take on the Fleetwood Mac classic Don’t Stop. Nina, 19 (pictured), has been making waves with her bright, blue-eyed pop ever since she began playing acoustically in Edinburgh three years ago. A string of independent EPs led to a deal with major label Island, who release her debut album next month.

Where can I hear more? That album, Peroxide, is out on February 17.

THE VAMPS

Who are they? Having come close to topping the charts in October with their tuneful debut single, Can We Dance, The Vamps are the guitar-toting UK boy-band who might just give One Direction a run for their money.

Formed by singer Bradley Simpson and guitarist James McVey, they recruited rhythm section Tristan Evans and Connor Ball through friends before signalling their teen appeal by touring alongside Disney starlet Selena Gomez.

In February, they will hit the nation’s arenas with Taylor Swift.

Where can I hear more? A new single, Wild Heart, is out on January 20 on Virgin EMI.

LUKE SITAL-SINGH

Who is he? A sensitive young man with an acoustic guitar, Luke has the songwriting chops to compete with folk-pop Titans like Ed Sheeran and Mumford & Sons. The West Londoner, 25, acknowledges Neil Young and Bruce Springsteen as key influences, but there are shades of modern minstrels like Bon Iver, too.

Where can I hear more? Sital-Singh’s debut album is out in the spring.

ELLA EYRE

Who is she? Big of hair and even bigger of voice, Brit School graduate Ella came to prominence as a guest vocalist, adding her feisty presence to Rudimental’s chart-topping Waiting All Night.

Augmenting her rich vocals with bold, brassy hooks, the 19-year-old has concocted a potent mixture of old-school soul and modern sounds. ‘I’ve always wanted to hit people in the face with my music, rather than just tickle them,’ she says. ‘I’m into punchy, passionate songs with a message.’

Saucy Dancing On Ice host Ashley Roberts stole the show during Thursday’s press conference wearing a rather revealing blue dress, showing off her best asset.

The former Pussycat Doll singer chose a dress that meant all eyes were on her as the final year’s contestants and judges hit the red carpet in a precursor to the show.

With just two strips of material covering her ample bosom the star kept the rest of her outfit simple wearing strappy black stilettos and her hair in a straight bob.

The singer is set to be a judge on the panel of Dancing On Ice for the final time this year, as the show’s producers have invited the best and most entertaining contestants from previous years back to the ice for the programme’s swansong.

Standing with the show’s other judges Karen Barber and Robin Cousins the former singer dazzled in her electric blue dress.

It wasn’t just the other judges that paled into insignificance when compared to glamorous Ashley, the other contestants tried but failed to make an everlasting impression.

Susanne Shaw, 32, arrived on the red carpet in black boots, leggings and a long black smock that completely drowned her figure.

Posing with fellow contestant Sam Attwater the pair looked casual, with the former EastEnders actor rocking up in jeans and a tweed jacket for the red carpet event.

Olympic athlete Beth Tweddle looked sophisticated in blue lace but the star’s unpainted toe-nails and glitzy shoes let the outfit down.

Jorgie Porter, who celebrated leaving Hollyoaks on New Year’s Day, wore a leather-look green pencil skirt with a daring cropped polo top and patent black heels.

Todd Carty, who famously skated off the rink during one of his disastrous performances, looked smart in a black shirt and black suit jacket.

However, former X Factor contestant, and the man tipped for the top, Ray Quinn gave his fellow contestants a run for their money in the style stakes wearing a crisp white shirt and maroon-coloured chinos.

The star is currently the bookies' favourite to win the competition at 11/8. Liam Glynn, PR Executive at Boylesports, said: 'Ray Quinn won the competition in 2009 and is the warm favourite at 11/8 to win the final series but we have seen plenty of support for 2010 winner Hayley Tamaddon who is now 3/1 having been supported in from 9/2.'

Current EastEnders star Gary Lucy channelled his inner Hugh Hefner in a silk suit jacket and crepe suit trousers – looking more Footballer’s Wives than red carpet ready.

David Seaman kept things simple in an all-black outfit including a black shirt, black suit and black jacket while Gareth Gates looked suave in a mini-tux without the bow tie.

Zaraah Abrahams looked sassy and stylish in her mono-chrome colour blocking outfit and smiled sweetly for the cameras and Bonnie Langford kept things simple an a black ensemble with a dash of red top showing beneath her black shirt.

Rugby star Kyran Bracken also wore jeans on the red carpet, but paired the casual trousers with a smart white shirt and a navy suit jacket.

Returning alongside Torvill and Dean on 5 January are presenters Phillip Schofield and Christine Bleakley, as well as the judging panel.

But now Ellie Goulding has well and truly shed that image by stripping off to star as Marie Claire’s cover girl.

Looking stunning with her arms protecting her modesty, the 27-year-old revealed why she’s not the good girl of pop people like to think she is.

Discussing being ‘squeaky clean’ she said: ‘People might think I am but I'm not. I've been quite clever about what gets in the press but I've done some stupid things, some reckless things. A few too many drinks have caused a lot of things to happen.’

She also told the magazine about why she’s still single after being linked to Niall Horan and Jeremy Irvine in the past year, saying: ‘People seem to think I'm more wife material than girlfriend material.

'That's probably why I'm single! People want to marry me – and nothing before it.’

The talented singer also opened up about Prince William and Kate, revealing: ‘They're just a really awesome couple, lovely people, so I understand why people are fascinated by them.'

In one image she poses in just a pair of leather trousers revealing her very toned stomach.

Her arms are lifted in front of her chest, making sure she doesn’t give too much away, while her hair is pushed to one side creating a very sexy look.

Another image sees her wearing the leather trousers but this time with a loose fitted denim jacket featuring rips and splatters of paint.

Meanwhile Ellie has debuted a teaser trailer video for her next single Goodness Gracious – her sixth from her album Halcyon.

The clip shows her having fun with friends, surrounded by neon lights and even shows her dancing in hotpants while wearing light up trainers.

The song comes after she released How Long Will I Love You, which was in aid of Child In Need.

The upcoming year will see the hugely successful star play three arena shows in the UK in March – Liverpool, Nottingham and London.

Looking forward to what lies ahead she tweeted on Wednesday: ‘So excited for tour’.

She's not known for being shy about her body and Lady Gaga is happy to put it on display in Versace’s Spring campaign

In a just released image, Gaga reclines topless on a purple sofa with her long blonde hair covering her bare breasts.

Wearing just a pair of black Versace trousers and a belt with a huge buckle and some large medallions, her modesty is only protected by her hair.

In the heavily retouched images, Gaga once again looks remarkably like Italian fashion designer Donatella Versace, the fashion house’s Vice President.

Another picture shows her wearing a black dress with a large handbag covering her body.

In an earlier image, released last year Gaga is draped on a satin sofa in a lilac wrap dress with her long blonde hair flowing down her body.

In the stunning photograph that was taken by Mert Alas and Marcus Piggot, only Gaga's armful of tattoos distinguishes her from her doppelganger.

The skintight dress - no doubt baring the Versace label - binds around her torso in an intricate way, with a large silver ornament resting in her cleavage that is attached to a heavy chain around her neck.

Keen Gaga fans will have noticed that the ARTPOP creator wore custom costumes created by the Italian fashion house for her appearance on Saturday Night Live last year, before the collaboration was announced.

'Thank u to @versace for the beautiful custom costumes they designed for all my performances on the show! #SNLVersaceGaga am I dreaming?' tweeted the New York native, who transformed into a showgirl in a stunning gold and sequin-embellished, fringed corset for one of her performances.

She is like family to me, the embodiment of the Versace DNA,' gushed 58-year-old Donatella, who owns 20 per cent of the stock assets of the company since her brother, Gianni Versace, was killed.

As for Gaga, she returned the love by dedicating a track to her mentor: 'What do you wanna wear this spring? / What do you think is the new thing?' she ask in the song from her new ARTPOP album.

'Maybe she’s a bitch, maybe she’s too skinny, maybe she’s too rich, maybe she’s too out there. Or, maybe she’s brilliant, maybe she’s intelligent, maybe she’s strong, maybe she’s everything, maybe she’s Donatella.'
