But that didn’t deter Emma Watson from showing some more skin at a screening for The Perks of Being a Wallflower tonight (Thursday).
The actress, 22, flashed some sideboob in a pretty and unusual white Brood dress for the event hosted by The Cinema Society in New York.

The top of the dress had low-cut sleeves which went all the way down to her waist and showed off her sides, while the skirt bared her legs and had buttons down the front.
The Harry Potter beauty completed her glamorous look with white court shoes and a piece of statement jewellery in the form of a 'Dream' feather ring by Crow's Nest.
Emma wore minimal make-up for the evening and styled her chestnut bob simple and sleek.
She posed up with her co-stars Adam Higenbuch, Johnny Simmons, Logan Lerman, Ezra Miller, and Erin Wilhelmi upon her arrival.

Also in attendance at the event tonight was singer Natasha Bedingfield.
The 30-year-old dressed to impress in a demure red dress which she teamed with black sandals and an elegant chignon.
The film is a coming-of-age story based on the bestselling novel by Stephen Chbosky, and sees Emma star alongside Logan and Ezra of We Need to Talk About Kevin fame in the story of an introvert freshman who is taken under the wings of two seniors.
Emma plays the role of Sam, Patrick's (played by Miller) free-spirited step-sister, whom Charlie (played by Lerman) falls for.

Talking about the movie recently, Emma said she is hoping it allows her fans to see a different side to her, rather than her Harry Potter alter-ego Hermione.
She said: 'I hope what Harry Potter fans can see is that I am able to transform, that there are other sides of me that perhaps they haven't seen yet, and that they might allow me a little bit of room.
'Just doing American really is different. People have said to me that they keep forgetting it's me when they see the movie, which for me is more than enough. That's a success in itself for me, really.'

EMMA Watson shows the hint of a side boob and plenty of leg at a screening of her latest movie.
The Harry Potter star chose a revealing white mini-dress for her appearance at the New York premiere of The Perks Of Being A Wallflower.She risked flashing too much flesh with the cut-out sides and displayed her stunning legs in the tiny skirt, with cute button detail.
And she chose matching white stilettoes to go with the eye-catching outfit.
But she managed to keep her modesty unlike her slip-up in Hollywood.
