And today (Thursday) Miranda Kerr displayed the benefits of such a lifestyle as she showed off her flawless complexion at the Vogue magazine and her own KORA Organic skincare range pop-up shop in Sydney, Australia.
Miranda, 29, glowed as she posed for photographers at the event, and drew attention to her slim and toned figure in a modest floral dress.

The mother-of-one teamed the long-sleeved outfit with a heavy beaded necklace and a pair of pointed peach court shoes.
Miranda wore her long brunette hair in a high ponytail, and kept her make-up simple to showcase her incredible complexion.
Inside the pop-up store, Miranda posed up with her skincare products, as well as meeting her fans - young and old.

The Victoria's Secret model cuddled up to an adorable youngster who appeared unsure of the situation as the pair posed up for the camera.
The redheaded little girl appeared close to tears at one point, but was soon calmed down by a smiling Miranda, who is a mother herself to one-year-old son Flynn with husband Orlando Bloom.
Miranda certainly appears to be a fan of floral fashion at the moment, as she wore a very similar dress to launch the new haircare range from Unilever at The Palmhouse, Sydney Botanical Gardens on Wednesday.
She had even teamed the dress with a very similar pair of peach shoes for the event.

Miranda has found huge success with her KORA Organics line, which is sold throughout Australia.
Speaking previously about the inspiration behind the range, Miranda said: 'I live by the philosophy that beauty starts from within, and in my line of work as a model I pay a lot of attention to what I put into my body.
'Whatever we put on our skin, soaks in. KORA Organics became a reality because I could not find a certified organic skincare brand I was truly happy with.'
