She usually dresses impeccably for her appearances on the X Factor.
But Nicole Scherzinger made a questionable fashion choice for Saturday night's show.
The singer wore an unusual metal accessory on her hand which looked like it could cause an injury if the star waved her arm around her fellow judges.

Nicole looked every inch the glamorous star as she stepped out onto the stage in London on Saturday.
She wore a cream Zeynep Tosun dress with a silver floral pattern which glittered in the studio lights as she walked out in front of the audience.
Nicole teamed her dress with a pair of cream Crisian & McCaffrey shoes.
The former Pussycat Doll wore her hair up on her hair and had the metallic accessory by Shaun Leane on her hand which looked like a small, fingerless glove.

Nicole stood out from her fellow X Factor judges who were all wearing black for the semi-final of the show.
Fellow female judge Tulidsa looked stunning in a simple, black Alexander McQueen dress for the exciting semi-final night of the singing contest.
And her unusual choice of glove may have come in handy if Nicole got into a war of words with one of her fellow panelists - she could have given someone a black eye if she decided to use it in the right way.
But the metallic item did not distract Nicole from giving criticism to the show's contestants when required.
She was left unimpressed by Christopher Maloney's performance and blamed his mentor Gary Barlow for picking the wrong song.

She said: 'It is the semi-finals and I don't think that was your strongest performance. It's not your fault, you did the best job you could've done with that song.'
However, Nicole was so impressed by Jahmene Douglas's performance that she broke down into tears on live television.
On his song, fellow judge Gary Barlow said: 'Never mind coming out on stage ever Saturday in front of millions of viewers, but when you do a song like that with so much meaning, it must have taken a tremendous amount of courage Congratulations.'
Louis Walsh added: 'Jahmazing', after which Gary joked: 'Louis, did you really just say that? Ok, that was Jahmazing!'
