Not a packet of crisps in sight! Sheridan Smith shows off her film star credentials in nude fitted dress at the Quartet charity screening

Her breakthrough TV performance may have been on Two Pints Of Lager And A Packet Of Crisps, but clearly Sheridan Smith had steered clear from the pub favourites to get into her gorgeous nude fitted dress for the Quartet charity screening.
Affirming her status as a Hollywood actress, Sheridan oozed old school glamour on the red carpet.
And although she isn't the lead character in Dustin Hoffman's directorial debut, she certainly stole the show in London on Tuesday night.
Hollywood: Sheridan Smith looks every bit the movie star in a figure hugging nude dress at the charity screening of Quartet
Sheridan was joined by co-star Billy Connolly at Odeon West End for the special screening in support of the Musicians Benevolent Fund.
This was the obvious choice of charity to partner with, as the film follows the story of retired opera singers who put on an annual concert to celebrate Giuseppe Verdi's birthday.
However a new arrival manages to disrupts the peace at Beecham House retirement home for gifted musicians so the comedy ensues.
The 31-year-old actress plays the role of Dr. Lucy Cogan and appears alongside acting royalty Dame Maggie Smith, Billy Connolly, Sir Michael Gambon and Pauline Collins.

Billy Connolly and Tom Courtenay play life-long friends Wilf and Reggie, whilst Dame Maggie plays the former grande dame of the opera fallen on hard times, Jean Horton - also Reggie's ex-wife and the fourth and most celebrated member of their former quartet - who stirs up trouble when she moves into the home.
Based on Ronald Harwood's stage play of the same name, this marks Dustin Hoffman's first official jaunt in the director's chair.
And with some of the greatest actors and actresses in front - and behind - the camera it's not surprising Sheridan felt the need to curtsey every time she walked onto set.

Acting royalty: Sheridan said she felt she needed to curtsey on set around veteran actors like Billy and Maggie Smith
Speaking to Bang Showbiz, the Mrs Biggs star said: It was overwhelming [and] just to be part of the film was an absolute honour for me.
'Being on set every day with these amazing people, I felt like I had to curtsy every morning because I was so overwhelmed by it.'
Musical support: Violinist Nicola Benedetti arrived for the screening in a much more weather appropriate outfit
The fans outside the West End cinema must have been overwhelmed by Sheridan's Hollywood look, which stood out compared to other female guests like Nicola Benedetti who dressed more for the wintry night in a black pinafore dress and opaque tights.
However as one of Britain's top violinist, her musical presence will have been received warmly by the film's stars at the screening.
