'Just want to cuddle up in the house all day': A scantily-clad Helen Flanagan leads the way as stars tweet their snowy snaps

With much of the UK shrouded in snow, people across the country will no doubt be wrapping up warm in the hope of keeping the cold at bay.
But Helen Flanagan decided to ditch a cosy coat and snuggly scarf in favour of a skimpy ensemble as she treated her fans to a sexy snap.
Leading the way as a whole host of celebrities shared their snowy snaps on their Twitter and Instagram pages, the 22-year-old actress admitted the freezing weather made her want to 'cuddle up in the house all day'.

Instead of bundling on as many layers as she could find, the former Coronation Street star stripped off to just a flimsy jumper as she posted a seductive black and white snap of her reclining on a sofa.
Writing alongside the picture, she wrote: 'Just want to cuddle up in the house all day.'
But the soap beauty was by no means the only star to share her snow day activities with the world; singer Diana Vickers posted an adorable picture of her taking a stroll in a snowy park.

Model Kelly Brook was equally wrapped up as she headed out for the day, looking every inch the snow queen in a snuggly looking fur-lined parka.
However, Made In Chelsea's Gabriella Ellis looked less than impressed with the adverse weather conditions.

Former Dancing On Ice winner Hayley Tamaddon's attitude towards the wintery weather seemed to change relatively quickly throughout the morning; with the actress tweeting her excitement at first, accompanied by a cute snap of her wearing a fur-lined hat and cosy-scarf.
She said: 'Bring it on snow!! I'm totally ready for ya!! Yeeeaaahhhh!'

Tulisa Contostavlos was also affected by the weather, with a flight she was supposed to board being cancelled.
She tweeted: 'This snow is killing me right now! They cancelled my flight!!! Why every time there's snow england comes 2 a stand still Grrrrrrrr hum bug.'

Daybreak presenter Kate Garraway had slightly better luck with her transportation, posting a picture of a British Airways plane about to take off.

Pregnant Fearne Cotton seemed thrilled to have the opportunity to play in the snow, tweeting: 'I know it's a bit annoying for some of you travelling today or working outside, but I love the snow!'
Meanwhile, Lisa Snowdon seemed a little concerned about her choice of footwear.

TOWIE's Lydia Bright seemed to be so reluctant to get out of her cosy, warm bed that her little sister Roma was almost late for school.
Posting a picture of the pair snuggled up under a duvet, she wrote: 'Oops we overslept we are going to be late for school :s.'
And her mother Debbie posted a picture of the family's garden covered in snow.

The pair's TOWIE co-star Gemma Collins added a touch of Essex glam to her winter weather ensemble as she arrived at the ITV studios in central London, teaming a black fur coat with leggings and leopard print UGG-style boots.
London is expected to endure around 12 hours of continuous snow from around 10am on Friday morning - but the Met Office has advised that it will be heaviest in the first few hours, before fading to some gentle flurries.
