Work hard, play hard: Rihanna hides signs of tiredness with heavy make-up during photo-shoot after partying until dawn at Barbados Carnival

Most people struggle to get out of bed following a big night on the town.
But for Rihanna it seems to be a walk in the park, or the beach in this case, as she headed to a photo-shoot on Saturday in Barbados despite the fact she only rolled home at 6am that very same day.
Showing her impressive work ethic the singer looked nothing short of amazing, albeit with plenty of make-up, as she turned up the heat in a sultry and sophisticated shoot - looking a million miles from the party animal who ‘dutty wined’ her way through Barbados Carnival just hours before.

Standing amongst rocks with the ocean as her backdrop the star wore a knee-length white skirt with a long-sleeved cropped white top.
The simple yet stylish ensemble featured a collection of pearls in place of a belt, while the only other accessory she wore was a pair of gold hoop earrings and a couple of rings.
The white ensemble worked perfectly against the 25-year-old’s skin tone and showed off her impressive abs and famous figure.

Completing her look was her newly-styled hair – soft curls cut into a short and natural looking ‘do.
The Diamonds signer only debuted her new look on Thursday and the shoot was her first opportunity to properly show it off.
Adding to the demure nature of the cut the beauty smouldered wearing dark eyeliner to accentuate her almond shaped eyes.

Taking to Twitter when she just woke up on Saturday following Crop Over Festival Foreday Morning Jam, she wrote: ‘Woke up in paint and a veil from partying in de street all morning!!! #Barbados #FOREDAYmorning CROP OVA almost here! #heauxm’
And shortly after it was back to business as usual with her tweeting: ‘And on that note, glam starts NOW!!! New cover shoot today! I got a hustler spirit n****, PERIOD.’
It is unclear at this stage what the shoot was for however she certainly seemed eager to get started and once in work mode she switched on the style immediately pulling a variety of sexy poses.

Rihanna was spotted letting loose in the early hours of Saturday morning in the island’s capital Bridgetown, accompanied by two security guards.
The singer looked typically striking in a nearly sheer white monokini, decorated with sparkling metallic panels.
Green face paint, blue and silver sunglasses, practical baseball boots and a white veil over her new short curly hairdo completed the look.

The star is currently on a two-month break from her world tour after recently jetting back home to Los Angeles from Europe.
But being one of the most in demand popstars in the world means that while one aspect of her job may currently be hold – there’s always work to be done.
She will travel east next month for shows in Macau, Manila and Singapore.
